It was 2 days before Lunar New Year and I was desperately looking for a new outfit to impress my coworkers. I came here right before they were closing. I told the ladies I need a long shirt of size 46. The size was not the problem but the fabric needed to be firm and stiff. There are soft and flimsy type but they feel like a jersey not fashionable for my money. I planned to spend about $40 for my new outfit. Because these clothes were manufactured overseas by many different factories, the sizes and styles are so vastly different. After about 45 minutes of trying everything they got, I gave up. I'll just have to try again next year.

This whole mall is Vietnamese, and there are some great Vietnamese food and drink items in here, as well as desserts. And there are also all these great boutiques such as BMT Collections, with a lot of cheap and very unique and original clothing that you might really love if you come and give it a try. Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.

They always have a great variety of items, especially when it comes to clearance and shoes. I love shopping during their "Clear the Rack" events when clearance gets an extra 25% off. It's the perfect time to score great deals and gifts. Parking is plentiful, the store is always clean and well organized, and they offer in-store pickup, which is super convenient.
