I had a lovely experience at the Ralph Lauren store on Worth Ave. The store is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is so well curated and it feels like walking through a stylish walk in closet. The staff were very kind and helpful. They offered a fitting room without me needing to ask. I purchased a beautiful sweater that they wrapped very nicely. They have a home goods section upstairs, a men's section, and a women's section. I easily spent an hour there and took lots of pics. 1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful. read more

This is a beautiful Ralph Lauren store. My boyfriend came to purchase khaki pants. A staff member worked one-on-one with him, aiding in everything from fabric options to shipping. The staff prioritizes personal customer service over upselling, a quality overlooked by many stores today. We walked out with one pair and had another shipped to our place. A size needed to be exchanged, and though the tags were cut off, they accepted and made it right so he was good with his order. Even though I didn't get anything, it was entertaining walking in the store and read garden patio. I had no idea RL carried so many house products. From down comforters to desk lamps to coffee beans, the upstairs is a treasure trove of fine goods. As far as clothes, they carry pretty much every RL label on the first floor and can create / order a tailored garment of your design (ex. sizing, monogramming, etc.). The surprise is how someone like me who hopelessly dislikes shopping enjoyed shopping and buying here so very much! Assistance at this store is unlike anything I've experienced in decades. The lady who helped us is old school professional. Lily value, textiles and fashion. She quickly and accurately understands each client. She senses your color scheme, demeanor, preferences, budget and lifestyle. Therefore, she took my 'special needs' in stride without the slightest sign of judgement. I cannot look at prices, I am most uncomfortable spending money. Im poor with colors and putting outfits together. BUT a couple pf hors at Ralph Lauren, Palm Beach with Lily, was a completely great experience! Because of Lily"s knowledgable professionalism, my husband just enjoyed Lily assisting me- it was a joy for him - no more responsibility in it than to give his opinions and pay the bill! David and I both relaxed and had fun. Lily managed the rest magnificently - you just can't order this up from JCrew, Polo or anywhere online. Excellent retail store for men. A very nice selection of pullover shirts and sweaters. The salesman was very attentive and kind. His service was first rate. He was incredibly patient.
