A lot of the clothing designs feature the Jupiter Lighthouse, sea turtles, boats, surfboards, anchors, and mermaids. Jupiter Vintage sells men's and women's shirts, hats, candles, canvas art, tumblers, towels, bags, sunglasses, bracelets, and Christmas tree ornaments. I love the beachy vibe of the store with it's colorful tropical murals and surfboards. While I shopped I had a nice time chatting with the gentleman who was helping me and who is also a Jersey transplant. I love the designs and ended up purchasing a shirt for a gift. They are definitely not the tacky T shirts you see at the beach souvenir shops. You can tell the quality as soon as you feel the shirt, it is so soft. Short sleeved shirts are around $30. Unfortunately they were sold out of the shirt in my size that I wanted but I am planning on stopping in the next time I'm in town. If you can't make it to beachy Jupiter, Florida you can shop their online store. They are offering free shipping on orders over $75.

They have a decent selection of clothing- I see they usually stick with the same brands- and over price them you can find the same brands online for cheaper than they sell in store 90% of the time- And when you do see stuff there they sell out of season bikinis from swimsuit brands for 50$ for a top and bottom that are on the actual websites for 25 a piece. They sell outdated swimsuits for full price. I have seen multiple times online shopping here with -kuhlani- maui- brands I can't get over the fact that their cameras look like they can see into the fitting rooms. This place should maybe be checked out bc of these cameras.. it made me so incredibly uncomfortable- The employees are always very nice and helpful. Great staff- I would recommend them getting 100% sterling silver jewelry though Seeing as a lot of surfers come through if your jewelry is not 100% sterling silver it will start to tarnish. I was disappointed that they did not sell any 100% sterling silver rings or jewelry.

When I purchased a dress on sale in their store, they had another that was not part of the sale. I decided to get it later on-line for full price, and right afterwards I saw that it was added to their sale (and 50% off)! I called their on-line customer service, and they immediately credited the difference to the card (well my Mom's, as it was a birthday gift from her). They didn't give me a hard time, and they did it immediately. So many of the larger department stores and small boutiques are such a hassle to deal with it. It not surprising that many are going out of business and losing sales. This company is doing everything right!

It is a charity thrift shop run by volunteers - the best kind! Not sure what this building was beforehand, but it consists of many small rooms, and they are setup with different items and themes. This makes the place fun to explore. There is a men's room, a children's room, a kitchen room, a book and records room, etc. Some notable sections: a Christmas section, a room of mostly crystal (along with a collection of wedding bells that ring), and a religious/(Catholic?) section. Some furniture have labeled drawers where inside are treasures or additional items. I found a few scarves to take home with me. Not sure how comparable the prices are locally, but it seems to be in between the cheap and the upscale.

On the sale rack the bathing suits were 50.00 and up. Not really a deal but if you have money to waste its a deal. So we left empty handed . My gripe is with the bathing suit selection for women, and surf attire in general. They don't carry any functional bikini tops! Everything is a triangle that rushes on the bottom that 1. Will move around in the water so you can be flashing everyone and 2. Will hurt your sternum if you're surfing for longer than 20 minutes. Anything with beads, ties, other lumpy textures in the front of bathing suits is painful when you're on your front paddling. Just saying. Everything looks like surf fashion but I was hoping for actual useful surf stuff. Not many powertops or shorties for when it gets a little chilly either :-/

Over the next few years, it continued to grow into one of South Florida's premier luxury malls, with Bloomingdale's opening in 1990 and Saks Fifth Avenue following in 1991. Burdines closed in 2004 as part of Federated Department Stores' corporate consolidation and was replaced by a two-story Nordstrom in 2006. Sears, one of the mall's original anchors, permanently closed on February 29, 2024. This was my first visit to The Gardens Mall, and everything about it exuded luxury. Parking is plentiful and free. Inside the elegant fountains and water features, lush faux floral arrangements, and sculptures scattered throughout the mall lent themselves to creating an upscale atmosphere. The shopping lineup is equally high end with designer boutiques like Talbot's, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Tiffany, Lilly Pulitzer, Chanel, Gucci, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, and many more. When it's time for a break, the elegant Gardens Café food court offers quick service favorites like Chick-fil-A, Shake Shack, and Charley's Philly Steaks. I especially loved the mural that wraps around the food court called A Story of Florida. It depicts Florida's earliest history of indigenous people and the arrival of the Spanish and ends with a space shuttle taking flight. Full-service restaurants include California Pizza Kitchen, Cooper's Hawk Winery, P.F. Chang's, and Brio Italian Grille which all have sit down dining options. I liked walking around the mall and while I don't generally shop luxury brands I did check out the Hallmark and Yeti store. I would come back for a bite to eat and to take in the beautiful surroundings. Even if designer labels aren't in your budget, it's worth stopping by to window shop and enjoy the tranquil vibe while taking advantage of very appreciated air conditioning, which is so vital this time of year.
