Was in town for business and thought we'd try this place out. Inside has a nice sports bar vibe. Nice sized bar with booth seating. Good music too! They had flatscreen TVs everywhere!! Many things to choose from had a hard time making a choice...Lol. Hubby settled for the Peanut Butter and Bacon burger with waffle fries. He enjoyed his burger. He said it had a nice taste to it. Was not disappointed. I decided on the chicken chunks with a few sauces to taste test them. The chunks were yummy and I loved the Honey BBQ sauce. Really nice flavor to it. Our waitress was very pleasant and took good care of us. Whenever we are in town we will be back!!! read more

OMG! Walked in at 9:45 pm (they close at 10:00) and was treated with the most kindness (had been traveling all day!) from all staff! The grill had already been cleaned for the night but the cook was happy to fire it back up for us! We made sure to Thank the cook ($20 tip just for him!) We were so very impressed we went back the next day for an earlier dinner! The manager Chris was genuinely happy to see us (6 adults and a child) The food was so amazing (I had chicken wings) not one of us had any complaints on the food! Loved it!!! read more

Definitely recommend. Been going here monthly for years, recently had a bad experience. Contacted HQ by contact link on the website, the team made it right. Took an hour and a half to get our food and the dishes they brought out to us had a greasy film on them. We sent them back 3 times and were the same each time. The manager was even one of the ones to bring them and he didn't even check them, they were still greasy. Makes you wonder about their cleanliness while cooking the food...The food was decently good and the waitress was amazing but definitely won't be returning, unfortunately. Side note: We stayed that long to wait because we were having a good time socially and didn't want to replan dinner. read more

Horrible service. Food was ok but the service was just ridiculous. No refills, rude service, barely saw our waitress. We had to go to the manager for our bill and boxes to take home our food. We wont be back. Plenty of other restaurants with a lot better service. read more

Not the best. Service is what scientists refer to as "hit-and-miss" - sometimes it's great, and sometimes it is the worst imaginable. As an example - have you ever tried to have a conversation with someone who was distracted by their phone or their personal life? Now replace the conversation with trying to place a food order - and that has happened 3X at this location. The food shows up, and you first have to question if it was brought to the wrong table, but really it's just that the wait staff wasn't listening. read more

Don't let the bar fool you. They don't have a bartender. I ordered a Long Island expecting a vodka, gin, rum, triple sec, Cole, etc. mixed together. Instead I got ready to drink pre-mixed garbage. I also ordered a Moscow Mule and surprise, surprises it was a pre mix also. Listen, I get it. It's sports bar and not a high end cocktail bar. However, If your staff doesn't know how to make legit drinks then don't advertise them as specials. There's nothing wrong with serving cold drafts and simple drinks (screwdrivers, jack & coke, etc.). Besides the alcohol, the food taste like it was frozen. Nothing is really special or unique. Just very plain and bland. I've given this restaurant a fair chance too. I've ate there at least 5 different occasions and tried something new each time from a drink to a platter. Please hire a real bartender and a chef. I'd love to see a local place succeed. Perhaps hire John Taffer for a renovation. Maybe being featured on Bar Rescue would do this business some good. lo read more

Went with some coworkers today for food and drinks after work. I am not from the area and have never been here before. I was greeted and asked what I wanted to drink. I asked what was on tap and the waitress annoyingly said a couple beers and didn't seem to know or even willing to go ask so I asked for a list. They also did not have a list so I just ordered a water. My coworkers that had been before came and said they have a beer list up on some of the TVs. Why did the waitress not tell me this? I had to track down what to order on my own. When my food came I was also disappointed. I ordered a chicken wrap with mild sauce and I couldn't taste the sauce at all so I asked for some on the side. Even after dipping my wrap in the sauce I still couldn't taste it. If you want to order just a bud light and subpar bar food this place is for you but I would not willingly go back. read more

Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to Ralphies. One of my favorite things to do is eat at various restaurants. I am not a creature of habit. It had been at least a couple years since visiting this location. After today's visit, I probably won't be back. Our server, Sierra, was friendly and attentive. Thinking we could get in and out after coming in a little before one o'clock, it took around 40 minutes to get our food. The food was decent, which is one reason I give this location three stars (along with the warm service and cleanliness). However, my daughter didn't get the ranch on her club wrap (she didn't tell me till she was almost done and wouldn't tell the server) that was supposed to come with the sandwich. For $12 we expect at least what the menu says. The table behind us got up and left after complaining to staff they had been there forty minutes and no sign of food. It would have been nice to have been warned or at least given some apology by the manager for how long service was taking. Customers often won't complain because we try to be empathetic. However, it's the little things. Eating out is very expensive (especially with teenagers who don't think twice about cost over hunger). Hopefully you can eventually rectify the situation for those who walk away unsatisfied. read more

Typical sports bar food. All frozen - couldn't find anything fresh on their menu. Last time I was there I had the potato skins - frozen product with a small.dab of real sour cream on top. I don't recommend them. Totally unimpressed. read more

Ahhhh Ralpie's..... After 9 pm the appetizers are half price. They have ten plus tvs, and a friendly staff. Soooo, if you like to eat and it drink and watch your favorite team while getting generally good service, this is your spot. read more
