They did nothing to my car other than let it sit in their lot for a week, it took a week for them to figure out all it needed was a tire. This is a scam to get insurance $$. Should be an option for negative stars. This place is a…read morejoke. Couldn't get my car in for a month but knew where the parts were coming from. When dropping it off, they hadn't even gotten the parts ordered yet. Had my car for a month because "I signed a form stating they could keep it up to 30 days" Was told multiple times "we promise it will be ready tomorrow". Finally get the car back with no working turn signal - one of the parts that was supposed to be replaced, bubbles in the paint, tape on the window, etc etc. after they kept it for a day to go through "quality control" After leaving it there an additional week to fix these issues, all my tires were low and also find out that the battery they replaced without my permission is not good. In addition to all of that, there were no real apologies for the crappy work and time delays. They did contribute to my deductible but I would rather have left there with a vehicle that was safe to drive vs having some cash. Not confident in the repairs they did at all and the customer service is a joke. State Farm should be ashamed for having them on their list of approved places I was forced to choose from.

Communication could be improved. What was estimated to take 3 weeks for my car wound up taking 7. Each week the estimated completion day was pushed back another week. More than once, I had less than a day's notice that the date was being pushed back again. I also had to call them to find out that it wasn't going to be completed on time, which to me is unacceptable. I should have received a courtesy call with more notice that they're running behind or have run into some issues with the repair. The process was frustrating overall.
