absolutely terrible experience with this facility brought my truck in for repair they did the…read morerepair gave me a call to come pick it up and bring payment. what they didn't tell me is that they dropped my truck off the lift and truck is now ruined the frame is bent air and water comes in from the cab being twisted rocker panels destroyed all seam gaps are off my hood on passenger side is raised up half inch rear passenger door is pushed in at bottom passed the rocker panel when it should be flush the bed is now leaning backwards and now the front end that had all new components less than a year ago at the time of these clowns working on my truck is wearing front tires from the frame being tweaked this is a very heavy truck and it fell and the owner is a a horrible business owner after assuring me that things would be corrected my nerf bars are broken and bent which there employee gave me an answer when I asked what happened to my truck was oh yeah that happens sometimes with bigger trucks and then added hey don't worry we can find a used rusty set in the junk yard for you and then I had the manager come up and try to convince me that the vehicle was in a collision before which is a joke so for a place that's supposed to fix your auto they destroyed mine and that terrible excuse of owner doesn't give a damn because she got paid because I am not a piece of crap just a bit of a fool for believing this was not going to be a problem I was out of a vehicle for weeks as truck sat at body shop waiting for an estimate. all I can say is under no circumstance would I ever recommend anybody ever bring there auto there for more than put air in your tire and if you do make sure your the one holding the hose and looking at the gauge! Behind the friendly smile and somewhat clean looking shop is a bunch of irresponsible people that don't give a damn the owner that passed away is probably flipping out because what the legacy he built is being torn apart. All I can say is I believe in karma and I hope it catches up to them soon. The one star rating I gave is way too generous

I just had THE BEST experience at RK Kia Service!!…read more I drove from Brooklyn NY to Salem NJ to bring some teens from my church to Jersey Oaks for a youth retreat. While driving on the Verrazano Bridge and on the NJ Turnpike in my Seltos I noticed that the steering kept pulling to the left. It was a bit terrifying to feel like I had no control over the steering. I was driving white knuckled to keep the car straight. I got the kids safely to camp, thank God, then drove to Hampton Inn & Suites in Vineland. Again the steering gave me trouble while driving some curves on the windy road in the dark. There was no way I wanted to drive back to NY tomorrow like that! Praying that I could be seen today, I called RK Kia at about 11:15am. The service receptionist was lovely and told me I could be seen at 12:45! Woo hoo! The dealership was less than 5 min from my hotel and a car wash was right on the way (Vineland Car Wash) so I went there first. While waiting I got a call from RK KIA Service apologizing and asking me to come at 1:15 instead. No problem!!! I was still thrilled they could see me. I would NEVER have gotten an appointment hat quickly at the Brooklyn Kia. I arrived at 12:52 and was taken in by Andrew Gee... a service star!! So nice and thoughtful. He listened to my issues very carefully, asked if I needed anything else and then had me sit in the waiting room when I told him I would wait for the vehicle. The waiting room was very comfortable with a TV multiple cables and ports to charge cell phones, comfortable seats, and a snack station. Within about 30 min Andrew asked me if I had hit a pothole. I couldn't recall but potholes are so common place in Brooklyn I don't pay much attention to them any more. Based on what they were seeing it looked like the issue was caused by a pothole and that I would need a wheel alignment to fix it. He showed me pictures of the issue as well. Talk about comprehensive! I gave him the go ahead to complete the service and at 1:05pm, everything was done! Once again Andrew showed me pictures, this time it was before and after pictures. I was gushing over this excellent service! At 1:09 my bill was paid and I left RK Kia a happy camper! The car drives beautifully now. If I lived out here I would definitely be back. Andrew and the service team rock!!
