Yes they can dress the tires really nice but the rest was completely screwed up. So my question why no receipt does he pay sales tax. I went out of my way to go to this place because he had done such a great job last year on my aunt's car. I'd add pictures but this was 2 weeks ago. I feel totally ripped off and would like to find a way to get a refund. Not a freebie. If anyone can let me know what to do please reply. Same day my aunt took her car again and he used the hot buffing wheel and took off the clear coat on her trunk and also around the windows will cost her over $1500 to fix the damage. He told her it was already like that when it came in which is bullshit she is a nut job about her car even keeps it under a cover when it it sits. Small claims court? No receipt given so what to do?
