They responded to my service request really quick, and I was able to schedule an appointment for service just a couple days later. They gave me the best quote out of 6 other shops! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, They have a really nice waiting room, warm, cozy, music, drinks. I had to drive 40 mins away from home to get my service here, but I'm so glad I did. I won't be going to any other mechanic in CNY from now on, the drive is worth it. It's in a nice location, easy to access. Tons of gas stations near by too. I believe they are family owned, and they even sell cars which I thought was cool. If I had to buy a car in the next few months, this would be my first stop. They are proud and stand by their work. I would trust them With my car, as well as friends and family. Would def recommend you stop by! I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle needs

Everything was starting to go wrong and it was honestly scaring while everyone else on the NYS Thruway was going 75 mph. I knew it was the transmission because when I started to have problems South Bay told me it was the transmission and my 2nd gear was gone. Fast forward to not having a car for 2 weeks. I get a phone call from my mom who just got off the phone with a shop trusted by my family who had my car. The transmission lines were CUT and never hooked back up to the transmission. There was no coolant going to my transmission. Now I have a minimum $2,300 bill for another transmission and coolant lines. I would stay away from this place if I were you.

Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. He made a crappy situation a bit more bearable. He was polite, kind and pleasant. I appreciated his overall customer service demeanor. In a world filled with lackadaisical work ethics and impolite people, this employee stands out and above the rest. Thankful for people like this. He didn't leave until after I pulled away, making sure we were all set. I know that's part of his job, but I've found that to not always be the case.
