I knew it was the transmission because when I started to have problems South Bay told me it was the transmission and my 2nd gear was gone. Fast forward to not having a car for 2 weeks. I get a phone call from my mom who just got off the phone with a shop trusted by my family who had my car. The transmission lines were CUT and never hooked back up to the transmission. There was no coolant going to my transmission. Now I have a minimum $2,300 bill for another transmission and coolant lines. I would stay away from this place if I were you.
