I came alone with a few heavy boxes and received no patience or courtesy. When he asked if I knew the code for each package, I explained that I had already checked and ensured all items were properly packed, expecting he would simply scan the return labels as usual. Instead, he was dismissive, impatient, and clearly irritated. To make matters worse, as I walked out carrying the remaining packages back to my car, he made a rude comment as I opened the door. That was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I will never return to this UPS location again. News flash...customer service is a life skill, and most of us have to cater to our employer's in-house and external customers.
