I can't say enough about the staff, where the ambience of this little gem has a style all its own. Sometimes I feel guilty for what meager fees I pay compared to the personal attention and outstanding service received. Luz Flores at the helm makes it all work, as beloved staffers move on and new hires just as delightful come on board. Gloria, the notary public and a master of the many services provided by the PPBC, uses her charming personality to touch base with customers on a more personal level. She makes sure my needs are met and my satisfaction is secured. For pennies a day, my mail is secured and my Amazon buys arrive on time (and sooner than expected). As soon as I enter the facility, my package is handed to me before I even get a word out. I'm more than a customer, I'm family. This is the biggest scam postal place I've ever been too. I needed to print a single piece of paper in black and white. The lady proceeded to tell me the owner charges 10.00 for a print. This was simply a USPS label. Than I needed to pack something of value, she handed me a bubble mailer and told me I'd need to walk it across the street. read more

I think it's a pretty good postal store. I like that it's locally owned and operated, and the employees are helpful and understanding. I had some recent problems with UPS and Amazon and had to pick something up here, but it didn't have anything to do with this store. The employee was nice about it and explained that there have been some issues with Amazon lately. Tip: Sometimes UPS requires you to show an ID with the address on it that the package was originally sent to, even though you may have to pick it up here. So bring mail or another proof of address if you're picking something up that you didn't send to your home address on your ID! read more

Better rates for p.o. boxes than the government post office across the street. Trustworthy and polite staff. Email notifications when I have a package. Can call and check if I have mail. Always clean. Something new added everytime I visit. Computer, copier, etc., and they sell incense so it always smells wonderful when I walk in the store. Thankful I was able to find this place so I could print something day after Christmas but I find it unreasonable that they are charging $3.75 for a deposit in order to use their computer and four to five dollars for people to use their computer and print for 20 seconds. I literally use the computer for 20 seconds and printed one thing and was charged over $4.00. Even Kinkos has better deals than that. I believe Kinkos charges .$25 a Minute and printing is free. I am SO glad this store was available at such a convenient location! Right across the street from the US Post Office in Inglewood!! My boyfriend and I had gone to the post office to send out a cellphone but were told we needed a plain box in order to ship it out. As we walked out to the car I scratched my head and thought "where the hell can we get a plain envelope or box right now before the post office closes" Note that we had only 40 min before they closed and we needed something fast and what do you know! This awesome store was right across the street. The girl over the glass was nice and sold us the perfect size box for the phone for only $1.20! Plus they had a counter where we can package it and write on it.Next time I need a box or package envelope I know where to go. read more

I had to dash in for Live Scan services. The yelp says they are open until 6pm so I thought I was safe coming a little after 4pm. The clerk said they stop doing it at 4pm! I was like, oh come on, it's just barely after 4. Thank God, Ms. Flores agreed to do it! Even though their prices were higher than others, she accommodated me. I was finished processing by 4:35pm. The people in the neighborhood seemed to know the clerks and vice versa. All in all, a decent neighborhood business. Special ups to Ms. Flores! read more

Ridiculous. I'm here now and about to leave, but I had to Yelp about this first. So, I walk in around 8:50am and it's completely empty. After a few minutes this girl comes from the back. I told her I was here to do a live scan. She immediately tells me well if I have any other customers I have to stop and help them. Excuse me?! I look around in front of her and tell her there is no one here. Then I ask her if I'm a customer and you are helping me what would be the reason you would have to stop and help a customer who comes in after me. She continues to say that she would need to help the customer if someone walks in. She then says it may take up to an hour to do the livescan...WHAT! I actually said that and she is like yes it can take an hour so if you have any appointments you may want to do that first. At my work, they do livescan for clients and it doesn't take longer than fifteen minutes. I told her this and she said it depends on your fingerprints and their machine. Guess what I did next....walked out. Bye Felicia, "ain't nobody got time for that!" I think they are inexperienced with livescan so look somewhere else. read more

I have been a customer of Postal Plus and I can't wait to leave them. I went in there today (5/24/16) to pick up my mail and had at least 3 pieces of mail that were completely open and the envelopes were missing. One piece of mail was a check. this was not the first time my mail has been opened. My magazines are 80% out of the plastic and their customer service sucks. Even the owner has very bad customer service. If anybody ever rates this place with more than 2 stars, it is not coming from a customer. read more

I always refer people over there because of their service which I think it's exceptionally great due to speediness, friendliness, and willing to do whatever it takes to help you.
