I have been going to Ralph's for several years. I rather do business with a family owned business than a chain company. Ralph's changed their hours and now their Sunday hours are from 10-2. A person could not go to church, go eat as a family, and be able to pick up a prescription before the close. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy! read more

I have gone there for last time! Not friendly! waited over 1 1/2 hours and no one was concerned in helping.... very disorganized! At one point pharmacist went to coffee shop and made herself a drink as I was waiting! So un-professional! i was only one in there and none in drive thru when I started this process! I have nothing but good things to say about Ralph's pharmacy. It's a quaint little family run pharmacy located in Edmond. You can tell that they really care about the people in the community. I love that there is also a little coffee shop inside and ssshhh my little secret... They sell these fabulously cute hair bows for girls! I buy tons of them because they're so reasonably priced and there's always plenty to choose from both color wise and size wise. They also have plenty of cards and gifts available. Ralph's has taken care of me & my family many times. And I especially appreciate how they have cared for the entire community throughout this pandemic. We had been meaning to switch pharmacies and start using Ralph's for a while but we didn't have a choice when the family caught the flu over the past few days and CVS was out of Tamiflu. We were able to get our prescriptions transferred over to Ralph's and when we called to confirm, they had just closed since it is NYE today, but Ralph himself stayed open for an extra 10 minutes so we could get our Tamiflu to help us over this long weekend. if I could give Ralph's a zero I would. They changed hours without changing it on their app so I am now 2 days without my medication. They now close on Saturday at 3:00 (the app says 6:00) and Sunday at 2:00 (the app says 5:00.) I didn't know this until I actually tried to call them. The girl (Brittany) actually laughed just now on the phone when I was explaining this to her. I don't think they actually understand the importance of a pharmacy and that people depend on them for life saving medications. They won't let you fill things more than a few days early so when you need it, you actually need it. We as a family thought we were doing the right thing by using the app but we were wrong. if you don't call them directly and listen to their message you won't have their hours which are subject to change anyway. So frustrated and feel terrible because I have been without my medication for 2 days. The girl laughing was so so unprofessional. read more

The service at Ralph's pharmacy has continued to get worse for the last year. They have cut their hours and employees are rarely friendly or helpful. I believe they are another victim of Covid. read more

I used the typical chain pharmacies for years and just got used to bad service. I figured that at any pharmacy it is normal to wait hours for one prescription and wait on hold for an hour if I ever had a question about something. I decided to try Ralph's about six months ago and I was shocked that on my first visit they were able to fill my script in about 10 minutes with no issues. Ralph (the owner and pharmacist) is very helpful and personable. If you have any questions..you don't have to feel bad about calling because he is more than happy to talk to you until you are at ease and understand everything about your medications. And you don't have to wait forever because they are so on top of things! They are definitely 5+ stars. You won't be disappointed. read more

I had worked all day through another pharmacy nearby trying to get prescriptions for my husband who was so so sick. Finally, had my doctor fax to Ralph's and within minutes I had my prescriptions and was on my way to get my husband feeling better! Made me a believer. I had ignored the reviews from everyone saying how great Ralph's was and how friendly they were but take my word for it, they are exactly what everyone is saying! 5 stars for sure!! I can't say enough positive things about Ralph's Pharmacy. Their customer service is excellent! I've never waited longer than 5 or 10 mins for my prescriptions ...and 10mins is really only during busier hours. I tell everyone I know to use Ralph's...as there is absolutely NO COMPARISON to the other chain stores. I will never go back to another one of those chain stores after my experiences at Ralph's. I feel so grateful to have Ralph (who is a total sweetheart of a man) and his lovely staff as my pharmacy. Most of my family uses Ralph's & we don't plan on ever going anywhere else! Since Ralph has opened I have wanted to do business there. I just thought my insurance wouldn't be accepted. I called them, everything was the same as CVS. I like helping local small businesses. They do not have all the extras that the chain stores have, but they have something better. True customer service, and people that care. Tonight was a perfect example. We were driving by, pulled in at 8:08pm. I walked to the door, they were closed. There were people inside, but, I understood. So, before I got back to the car. Ralph opened the door, came outside, and invited me in to get my Rx. Perfect example of why I try to keep it local!! read more

We stop coming here after the Pharmacist wanted to switch methods on which insurance company/coupon to use. He wanted to use one method because he would make more money. I get it and understand the hardships of owning a business, but you are here for the customer. Charging the customer more so that you get more insurance money is not customer-focused friendly. Although, we do still stop occasionally for coffee. read more

All I can say is this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air...I had a very trying day and was in a time crunch to get my hubby's meds refilled. I walked in and in less than 2 minutes they had me checked out! The coffee shop inside gives it a comfy, warm aura when you walk in! The pharmacist is a kind gentleman and all the staff were so kind and caring! This will def be our go-to from now. There is no comparison between this pharmacy and other chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, WALMART etc)!! This is the place to go y'all!! read more

The wait time is incredibly shorter than my former pharmacies- CVS and Walgreen's down the street. The day I came home from the hospital after having my baby, I didn't think I would need any prescription strength meds. By that evening, I was hurting and desperate for them. Ralph stayed open late for my husband to come and pick up what I needed. The PA working at the attached Quick Clinic and Ralph worked together to figure out what dosage I needed for some over the counter meds for my toddler. Ralph has called me with cheaper alternatives from other online pharmacies for my dog's meds. Love Ralph and his pharmacy! read more
