There is a reason for their very low rating!! Run to CVS as fast as you can. There is no reason to ever run out of a prescription, and then have a pharmacy refuse to refill it 2 days after you have run out. Received 30 tablets in August 27. This pharmacy location is absolute garbage! I arrived at this location and noticed the line was wrapping around the building. I was sitting in line for 20 minutes and as soon as I was next in the line, the pharmacist closed the window! Cars were sitting in that line for 30 minutes and the pharmacist closed the window 8:00 on the dot even when helping someone! SOOO rude and disgusting. Leaving a huge line of people without their prescription! The store had a sign on the entrance saying "in store pharmacy is closed" so everyone was in the car line. YOU guys had low staff and decided to make the pharmacy CAR LINE ONLY. Also, a young lady who looked brand new with dark hair is incredibly disrespectful and the last time I was there rolled her eyes at me and got mad at me for not knowing how to spell my last name. Worst Walgreens pharmacy. Prescriptions often out of stock unless they are a standard refill or newly called in by the physician. They pass off customer concerns just to move the customer along. If new prescriptions called in after denial, they do not call customer to let them know or prescriptions get lost read more

I've been a customer at this location for 13 years! It's a super super busy pharmacy w long lines inside and drive thru but the Pharmacist and staff are worth the wait. Susan the main Pharmacist there for my 13 years was a dedicated professional gone now but Tim the new Pharmacist is awesome caring and so kind and professional. The staff Bree, Donna and Hank are fully knowledgeable kind and a huge asset to Walgreens. I appreciate all of these folks. The cosmetic staff as well as store mgt is also really great. read more

This is the busiest pharmacy in Oklahoma. They struggle on a daily basis because Walgreens (the company) refuses to higher more people. Even though they know it's the busiest pharmacy. It's not the pharmacy's fault that they are short staffed during a pandemic. People are so rude to them everyday when they are just trying to do their jobs. Why even offer Express Pay? The staff never really lets you go first. Not that I enjoy cutting, but my stuff is 100% paid for, and I have no questions. So why is someone who has 8 unpaid prescriptions and an argument on the ready going before me? When a second cashier came up and asked for the next person in line, I said, "I'm next, and I'm Express." Mind you, cutter #2 was really starting to yell at cashier #1 at this point. My cashier then has this attitude when I pull up my app to get her the code. How DARE I have to close the window THEY had linked in their text in order to go back and get the code? "Well, you're not ready, so sorry, but you'll have to step aside and make..." She didn't finish because I had pulled up the code at this point. Her tone was anything but sorry. This was required on all three of my prepaid prescriptions. It's not my fault their app is stupid. The whole time she's pursing her lips and shifting her weight back and forth and raising her eyebrows and acting like my taking advantage of THEIR service is somehow a personal affront against HER. I've been using this Walgreens since they opened. The pharmacist is amazing and is very available for her customers. She's the only reason I've stuck around this long. But the staff sucks. They're rude and curt. Not just this time but EVERY time. I'm medically complicated and buy a LOT of meds. I have quite a lot of experience with them. I have recently begun using a mail order service on as much as I can and am now considering transferring my controlled meds to CVS. Their hours aren't as convenient, but their customer service is top-notch. They're faster, too. Walgreens is definitely better than Walmart in terms of efficiency and customer service, but both pale in comparison to CVS and Ralph's. I've been here a few times and have always had a positive experience. This Walgreens is at a great location next to Lowes at the intersection of Covell and Kelly. I typically only stop here when I'm in a hurry or only need a few select items. I prefer the variety at larger stores but this Walgreens can still provide me with what I need when I need it. The prices here are a little higher than at other stores where I normally do my grocery shopping. One item specifically was almost a $1 more in price. However this is understandable, as the other places are much larger in size and carry a larger volume of the particular product. This Walgreens is just like the rest for prescription services. You have something called in, faxed in, submit refill, they say it's gonna be done at this time, you go in and they have no idea what your talking about. My best advice for anyone going to Walgreens, have everything filled days before you show up and use the app to confirm it's ready. Even then, you will still have issues. Today we had a RX called in at 9am. 11:15 they had not yet "retrieved" the RX. Typical. For monthly or quarterly prescriptions we don't have many issues except with copays as one of our RX also has a co-pay assistance card. Have a Dr apt and getting a RX filled? Good luck to you. Don't go to this location at night unless you want to be stared down by the workers, particularly Luke. I was made to feel so uncomfortable while shopping I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Luke took it upon himself to follow me (34f Native American) around at 930 pm up and down two aisles after popping up behind me asking if I needed assistance as I was bent over picking at item up from the low shelf, which startled me. After saying I didn't need assistance he continued to flank me in the aisle even when I expressed my discomfort in being startled then was still followed when I stated I didn't need any assistance and stared at by Luke then another young coworker joined him. I felt extremely uncomfortably as a female, and his antics were extremely unprofessional & actually made made me very uncomfortable. I'm confused because I frequent this location and the workers are usually very chill and respectful. TL;DR: Went to Walgreens for snacks and got disrespected by the great value xxxtentacion without the ink. read more

The Walgreens in Edmond, OK. at the corner of Kelly and Covell has a terrible photo center. All the self-service photo machines are down ( 3 machines). I can understand one machine out of service or two on occasion but all three... for weeks on end? That is... BAD MANAGEMENT !! Poor customer service. Prescription was called in at 1100. Was told it was called in at 1230 and would be another 2 hours for the antibiotic for my child to be ready. Then said well maybe 20 min if we rush it. After 40 min and my name was not called. Went back to the register and asked it was ready yet. Then was told it has not been 20 minutes yet. The the guy at register argues over how long I waited. Then finally finds the prescription was ready. Then proceeds to tell me I have a bad attitude. Are you minding me. Second and last visit to this store. The first time we came about 30 minutes after leaving acute care, and were told it would be another 1 1/2 hours. We came back a few hours later and it still wasn't ready. Today, I came almost two hours after our appointment to be told "Looks like we just got this" and the in-store wait would be 20 minutes. After an hour I was very frustrated and went to the counter. It took three people looking around to find it, only to tell me they don't have the lower dosage for kids in the pharmacy, but I could buy it OVER THE COUNTER. When I asked why I wasn't told that in the beginning: "I'm sorry, it got misplaced." During my long wait for nothing, I heard almost every single patron told they had "just gotten the prescription", even for appointments hours ago. read more

This pharmacy customer service stinks! Dropped off 1 prescription for antibiotics at 4:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Drove home and waited 3 hours to go back only to get in line and wait to be told there was an issue and pharmacist had to call about it. Lies lies and more lies! I didn't catch the exact name of this female individual, but she was working on the 25th of Friday, 2016, at around 6:00-6:30 ish, but she was extremely helpful with a great cheerful attitude, as she helped facilitate moving along a prescription I debated transferring to Austin TX and then somewhere else instead.
