The engine light turned out to be a loose gas cap, which was reassuring. The waiting room is ok. Basic cable available but all local channels except for CNN news and an evangelical preacher. There is a Keurig there for coffee. I didn't wait long, and it cost $102, which seems high to me for an oil change basically, but people tell me that's how much an oil change costs now. I was there for an hour. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me anything else (which I appreciate).

Over those many years I have never had the slightest inconvenience or problem and when I just read two reviews of 1 star, I wondered what planet some people came from, like the guy who wanted them to stay open way past closing time to do work for him. If a store is closing in 20 minutes, they can't do an hour's work for you. HONESTLY. In addition to many sets of tires, I bought two sets of chrome rims from this store and they were cheaper than anywhere else including on line, AND if there had been any problems about sending the right ones, damage, etc, they would have been able to return them for me, but all went well and I never had to touch them in addition to getting the best price available. Lastly, not only has their service and prices been stellar, but everyone has been more than courteous, especially Tracy the Store Manager, and good for DUNN Tire for promoting a woman to that position. I had an appointment at a better garage but Mancuso's told me they could do it 4 days earlier. Instead, it took them just as long and they did not call me when it was finished. I only found that the car was ready to be picked up when I called them to check the status the following day. They suggested replacing both lines but were able to repair the rupture so I requested the latter. When I left, I found that they had drilled a self-threading bolt straight into my front, passenger side tire only after stopping to pump my tires when the pressure light came on. Bolts flip on their sides when run over where nails puncture tires and there were socket friction marks around the bolt on the rubber, suggesting that the puncture was deliberate. Kevin was the name of the mechanic that handled my vehicle and likely the mechanic responsible for the bolt. Completely uncommunicative and intent on nickel-and-diming their costumers. I would suggest Pompender's or Dunn instead.

Clearly the reason I got bumped was because I did not buy the tires from Monroe, I will never get service at one of these shops again.

Took my Honda in for an inspection sticker. Was told it wouldn't pass due to rusty brake rotors. I…read morethought that was strange as I'd had the brakes serviced less than 1,000 miles ago. The owner told me I'd have to get new rotors and brake pads before he could give me a sticker. It was going to cost me $800 parts & labor. I said I'd take elsewhere. I took it to Nichol's Hometown Service where they checked the brakes and said they were fine. Gave me sticker and told me that rusty rotors is not a valid reason to deny an inspection sticker (rotors are made of cast iron and rust is normal). by the way, as I was leaving Madenford Springs & Auto I heard Glenn, the owner, trying the rusty rotor scam on someone else. Okay so this is just another convenience store as far as I'm concerned, I drive by this place twice…read morea day 4 days a week and it's about 3 and 1/2 hours from my house so I never really stop here. My job as a medical courier has me out this way and a few nurses in Gowanda New York told me that Crosby's has really good breakfast pizza. So now I got to stop and find out. The building itself is really small in fact I never would have thought to even stop here as even though it says Pizza on the sign out front typically it didn't look like a large enough building to even have a kitchen but... I went inside and grabbed a couple of slices of breakfast pizza anyways. Holy crap it was good. First thing I noticed was there's about a half inch of egg on it which was considerably more than other places I have purchased breakfast pizza. I ate two slices and I'm pretty full. I also couldn't help but notice the crust when I picked up the first piece was firm enough that the pizza slice itself didn't droop down so all of the toppings fall off. I didn't really have to fold it in half to get it to stay out straight and even with that being said the crust itself was very soft. And I didn't really notice until I got down to the end pieces of crust where there's no longer any toppings, but there's a really good buttery flavor which I'm pretty certain is why the whole slice tasted incredible. The only thing that kind of bummed me out which isn't a bad thing but in my case it kind of did, these peaches are not frozen solid and just warmed up in an oven on site. The nice lady behind the counter said the dough is frozen but they put the rest of the toppings on it before they cook it. The reason this bummed me out is because if it had any frozen product in its entirety, The option would exist I could buy a couple of them right out of the freezer and being that it's currently averaging around 20° here in New York, I could get home with it still frozen and cook it when I arrive. But anyway, I definitely recommend stopping into any Crosby's location if you have one nearby and try a slice.
