I showed up for my appointment on time and it took 3 employees and 10 minutes to find someone to help me and the other woman waiting with me for an appointment (the manager who set up the appointment with me was nowhere to be found despite confirming the appointment with me twice that day). It seemed like complete chaos. No one was to be found to help us despite several employees walking past us and multiple asking if we'd been helped, seeminglt gling to look for someone to help us. And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. He was very professional and helpful in letting me test drive and helping me get a great deal.

They gave me a car to drive out to Orchard Park where I was given a loaner and they had my car towed to the West Herr Subaru that would cover the warranty. Truly above and beyond level of care and service from start to finish throughout this entire experience. Nicole, in the service department, kept me updated not only on the progress of my car but the weather conditions there!! Linda at the front reception desk was always pleasant and helpful in person and on the phone. In fact not one person in any location was anything but kind and helpful. I had a 9:30 appointment to have my rear brakes replaced and my car was on the lift at 9:32, so far…read moreso good. I walked out to look at my worn equipment and without any hassle the mechanic showed me what I had, or in this case, what I didn't have. I went back to the waiting room, full of all different types of mags, a full coffee pot and a clean rest room, yea, those two kinda go together. My car was down off the lift and out for a test drive within an hour and the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. (cheapest of 6 places that I called) No one tried to sell me anything else or find other stuff wrong with the car, in fact the one mechanic actually gave some great advise on how to solve another issue I'm having with out spending another chunk of change. Good fast service at a reasonable price...good deal.
