It was a Chrystler 300 with very low miles, bought from Farrells brand new, serviced there, then traded in. We recently took my husbands grandmother there to purchase her new car! The only complaintg I have is about a certain service department employee. He is rude & not helpful at all. On 2 occasions he treated me like i was dumb because im a female & told me i was wrong about the problems i was having with the car. A few months later, the problem became a bigger problem that was gonna cost me a lot more tahn is would've a few months earlier. Farrells, of course, took care of me :)
