Reggie is clearly experienced and has excellent judgment in terms of what needs to get done to achieve the look you're going for while addressing your concerns. For us, we were extremely focused on protecting our old growth trees so everything was done my hand to protect the root systems. Omg. How amazing this team is! We had a branch come through our roof. It was a nightmare. When we…read morecalled the roofing company, they told us they wouldn't come out until the tree was removed and then we would still have to have yet another company to come and fix the ceiling inside. Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling. They did a lousy pressure wash job on my wooden playset and removed a handful of rotted boards in 5 hrs. Then we discovered there was much more wood rot and I told the owner not to start buying any materials until we removed all the bad wood and know exactly what was needed. In addition they had to borrow tools from me as they didn't bring the right tools, even needed a hammer and socket set, amazing. Then they showed up a couple days later with a bunch of new wood, even after I told them not to purchase any materials. I finally had to fire them and asked them to leave the new wood (worth 350) to at least get close to the 1,000 I paid in advance. The owner refused and told me he had to rent a pressure washer and wasn't making any money. Well that's certainly not my problem. Overall lousy work, unethical, dishonest and doesn't take responsibility for his own problems. Strongly do not recommend.

Jill was very responsive and they came right out, we discussed the job and agreed upon a price and Benito got right to work. I told him he could let the mulch stay on the grass, and also pointed out where the property line ended in the side yard we share with the neighbor. He bagged all the mulch, raked what he cut with the weed whacker, and moved the neighbor's portion because he wanted to make sure everything looked good. I've referred him to two friends who have had all positive things to say about his work. I called him again on Saturday, and he did a fantastic job even with the crazy rain/sun combo that is Spring in Washington.

He's a very hard worker and in very high demand -- sometimes hard to get scheduled. I can't say enough good about him. If it can be done with hand tools, Benito can probably do it. He's built a wall out of 60 pound blocks for us and does more in one day by himself than 3 other guys can do -- really. Nice guy pleasant and very respectful.
