    I just read the two rather bad Reviews and can only say that this was not my experience at all. My…read moresmart phone died and the replacement that I purchased from Tracfone would not activate. The gal at the Geek desk spent an hour with me while she took care of other customers. She finally got my problem resolved. The few folks I dealt with today were always professional and extremely polite. I think that sometimes customers may get impatient and as a result staff may react in a way that the customer misreads. As far as I'm concerned, I've found a valuable source for my tech needs. John Four Corners

    Went to Best Buy to get a Samsung TV. Of course they did not have the item in stock. I ordered it…read morefrom them since Costco did not carry this particular size. The item was supposed to ship from an Idaho Falls store or warehouse. The item was supposed to arrive on Monday. Good news the item was delivered on Saturday by FedEx. We were home all day and the delivery guy did not ring the door bell but did take a photo of the item on the porch. However the box was severely damaged and the delivery guy continently place the item so the damaged side did not show in the photo. In addition to having no inventory at the store, I attempted to call the store to inform them of the situation. News Flash, you can not talk to the store. No matter what number you call you get a person somewhere else in the US. My guy was in NC and of course spoke broken English. He tells me the stores do not have phones so I can't call the store and he can not connect me. He tells me to open the box and fill out the return slip. Well this is supposed to be a brand new unit but it is in a crushed box which I have. I idea how the crush accrued. After being frustrated with not being able to reach someone at the store I load the box into my car and returned it. The store sales person apologized for what happened and refunded my money except he could not refund the Best Buy Members fee at the store. Which by the way they really sell you on buying this membership for all the extra benefits you supposedly get. So I had to return home, call the membership line and they did refund my membership which I had bought only because I was buying this TV. Bottom line. This is horrible customer service policies as set by Best Buy Corporate. Can not call the local store, are you kidding me. I'm trying to support a local store and I have to deal with someone who knows where they are and I might not be able to understand them. I'm done with Best Buy. I feel bad for the local employees who try very had to serve the customer but the system per Best Buy Corporate has done everything to make this impossible.
