Patrick, the crew foreman was excellent at explaining each task and going into detail eliminating any area of question or doubt. Alex and Dale were part of the Support crew of which neither stood idle and the job finished on time as promised thanks to their good work ethic. The Poly level crew Kalen and Jace were in and out so quickly, it seemed unreal, and hardly a trace of the holes drilled to apply expandable foam can be seen. Great Job! We had two buildings that were in need of foundation work. Two quotes accomplished between Shore Up Foundation Repair and one other competitor. The competition had a price tag that of 86% more in cost putting it well above $100,000 for repairs. No complaints about the other company other than the extremely high price. Shore Up Foundation Repair matched recommended repairs same as their competition without knowing that we had another quote. This provided some comfort knowing two professionals are pointing out almost verbatim the same areas of concern. The big difference is that Shore Up Foundation Repair did the job for a fraction of the cost requested by its competition. Overall, the crew was extremely professional, finished on time as promised, and the quality of work is excellent. The price was affordable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

It needed a little love under the crawl space. We wanted to make sure we could have any mold cleaned and then have protection put in place afterwards. Chad came to our house and met with us. He personally went under our house, examined the condition of the crawl space. Then, he went over everything he recommended to remediate any concerns he identified. He was very thorough and made sure we fully understood his recommendations. He made sure we understood why it was important to take care of our home's crawl space. His knowledge of water intrusion elements, government regulations regarding water intrusion clean up was extensive. The ways he recommended we protect our crawl space were practical and made sense to us. We eventually had Chad and his team replace our old Vapor Barrier, remediate any mold areas and then seal the crawl space with an EPA breathable anti-microbial sealant for future protection. When it was time to perform the work, his team was always on time, they completed the work within the estimated schedule and they were neat and efficient with the clean-up. The technician demanded cash ($300) to get the needed springs. We should have ended the deal right then. He returned the next day and installed the springs and collected another$300 via credit card. The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.
