I so want to do a great review about these guys - they did all the things you'd want from a great…read morelocksmith, like come out the same day I contacted them to do a re-key which was amazing! They were really nice guys that I enjoyed chatting with, but the work they did was sloppy & very shoddy. My re-key of a simple t-handle on a storage shed ended up with them swapping out the entire locking mechanism that included them aggressively drilling big holes in the door to accommodate the different t-handle they decided to install. It seemed that all was well until the next morning when I went to see what had happened in the dark the night before. First the screws they used to anchor the replacement t-handle were the wrong size which let me literally pull the entire handle out of the door - a convenient entry opportunity for someone wanting to steal my stuff. Then it became clear how much they butchered their install by overdrilling the holes in the door to force their replacement t-handle into my door. What I was left with was a useless "replacement" t-handle, so I went to Home Depot to get screws that fit their handle to hopefully secure it. It appears they stripped the screw pockets on the handle which leaves me with a decision - buy a tap for $5 bucks to repair the screw pockets, add $2 bucks to buy screws that will maybe work, then add the $30 bucks I paid them to screw everything up, or spend $8.00 to buy a brand new t-handle from Home Depot that will fix everything. The equation is: $37.00 not including my time to get screwed $ 8:00 to fix it right Sure wish I'd looked at Home Depot before I got screwed... Since there seems to be only one other locksmith "up here", the pickins' are pretty slim, but I suggest you use caution in making your selection so you don't experience a similar hatchet job as I did.

I do not know what to make of this business. At best, disorganized and unhelpful. At worst,…read moredeliberately deceptive and fraudulent. I hired them to replace a lost key fob. They gave me a key fob for a different car as a temporary fix and said they would send me the correct fob later. They never did. I called the customer service number on the receipt they gave, but it did not work. I eventually located their number and contacted them a few months later with a picture of the fob and receipt they gave me. They claimed they never provided the service and blocked my number. Several months later with continued non-response, I then threatened to sue them and provided records of my interaction (credit card receipt, phone records). This motivated them to help more, but it still took several weeks (including them not showing up at a scheduled appointment) to get my fob. Throughout my interactions with them, I have noticed their business is run in a way where it seems like everyone wants to hide their role. The dispatchers claim not to know the names of any technicians. The higher level staff I talked to (through the number 678-760-2902, which seems to be a number shared by several people) was extremely reluctant to ever give me their names, tell me more about who was in charge, or give more direct ways to contact them. They repeatedly did not respond to texts or calls. I requested to speak to the corporate agent, Miki Lewit, several times and was denied. They claim you can't visit a physical location due to COVID concerns, which seems convenient for their preferred manner of avoiding responsibility. This whole process took over a year to resolve. This company should be avoided. They likely have someone in their organization who is acting fraudulently (perhaps more than one), and that person is likely in a high place in management. Their preferred method of business seems to be providing intentionally inadequate service, then ignoring customers until they go away.

As others have stated the price doubles and triples. I contact the technician he tells me $80 to…read morecut a disc lock I described and he understood what type of lock as he quotes me. He gets there cuts it which is great but then tells me for this lock it's $160. The goodness in my heart allowed me to pay him the $160 but I really wanted to tell him you quoted $80 don't do that and only pay the kid $80. LONG STORY SHORT this company needs to change its price gouging techniques because this is unacceptable and borderline a hustle. They practice dishonesty the other Yelp reviews are ACCURATE so not trust the google reviews they fake them and delete real ones!
