This locksmith is a CROOK. They were shown 2 keys to program and stated before anything was done that the keys would likey not work. Knowing they would likely not work, he said he was going to "program" them anyway. Then he said that he had a key on his truck that might work. He programed that key which did work. He insisted to charge/be paid for all 3 keys. He asked for payment. He was asked why he was charging for the keys that did not work. Then said it was our fault that they do not work. He threatened when the charge was disputed. The person that did the work did not even speak coherently and could not be fully understood. They are SCAMMERS and are out to lie to a customer and "steal" as much money as they can get away with. Do not believe any for their reviews, they make them up so that they look good. read more

I used Ron Bok years ago who did the job adequetly so I called him back recently. He did again rekey all doors to our home adequately. He was also paid in full to make a duplicate fob key for a Ford truck & ordered to replace the shell fob for another vehicle. Customers beware that I was not advised verbally or in a disclaimer nor given any receipt to warranty his services. For selling an after market fob key on a Ford truck with computer generated programs. He then deprogrammed the step panel not to function the first time. When he left the fob key was defected & did not function. He did return to our home and re-programmed a new fob key at no charge. However, once again he deprogrammed the step panel on site blaming the Ford computer system.. The new fob key worked in his presence, but within an hour everything deprogrammed and was defected. I went to three Ford dealerships, and one local mechanic. All four, confirmed his work was defected. I called him to explain the defect, and he was unprofessional, explosive and threatened me. He aggressively stated that I had no right to ask him for his bonded locksmith license which he never gave me. And if I turned him into the BBB, I would regret that which I took as a direct threat to my safety as a female customer in regards to potential retaliation. I did not ask for a refund, I reported a defected item informed by three reputable Ford dealerships. Which he presented a hostile/ bullying reaction to a valid response to inform him of two defected off market fob keys, programmed twice by him. He verbally bullied me to give him the name of my local mechanic in an effort to discredit my claim. His excuse was he was in the right and I was to blame for not allowing him on my property a third time. I will not tolerate being bullied into fear when making a valid consumer report to a locksmith that has jeopardized my safety & security. His hostile behaviour needs to be addressed within this industry standards to be held accountable and not tolerated. read more

He was a very nice man. . He made it to us within 10 minutes of calling him. . So he was very quick with his arrival. Took him about 30 seconds if that to get in our car. . All together from the time we called and him getting us oir keys took about 15 minutes. . He also charged us for the day rate which could have been much more cause we called him later in the night. Also he was kind enough to make us a key that won't start the car but unlock it incase my husband happens to lock keys in car again. . Very responsible man and we highly recommend him read more

I locked my keys in my rental car and R B Locksmith came to the rescue. He came quickly and charged $75, which seemed very reasonable since I was about 30 minutes from town. He was careful to not damage anything and quickly got the door open and I was on my way. BTW, he isn't one of those guys who show up in a normal looking car.
