The fact that he called on the day of the move to change the time from 9am to 3pm was the rub that put everyone's schedules in a tricky position.

On moving day, no one showed up at the scheduled time and there was no proactive communication. After waiting 45 minutes past our start time, I finally received a message stating their 26-foot truck was still in the shop and they had also double-booked other truck options. According to their own message, they were aware of issues as early as 7:00 AM, yet chose not to notify us before our scheduled move time. Their solution was to offer a smaller 16-foot truck, already over an hour late, with only a $60 discount. Any reasonable person understands a smaller truck means more trips, more time, more labor costs, and more disruption on an already stressful moving day. This was poor planning, poor communication, and poor customer service. If you are relying on a company to honor your reserved moving date and time, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options.

They've always deducted 8 pounds for each 5-gallon bucket, but I weighed several of the same type of buckets at home and they're only about 1-2 pounds each. That means I've likely been getting shorted on weight -- and money -- for a long time without realizing it. I'm not sure if it's an honest mistake or something more, but either way, it doesn't feel right. I'd really like to keep doing business here, but I hope they take a closer look at this and make it right for their longtime customers.

I used infinite (apex) for about 2 years when they had cheaper rates than my previous trash…read moreservice. They only pick up recycle every 2 weeks. New Disposal came along , offered weekly pickup for both recycle and trash. Infinite charged me for July, aug and sept on june 5 ie almost one month early. When I canceled in july they told me they offer no refunds ie they stole about $80 from me. Try New disposal instead cheaper and more frequent service.
