He said when he could start the job and how long he thought it would take. He started when he said he would and completed the job on time. His work is clean - solder joints are smooth, no waste, nothing on the floor. His work is well done and professional. He cleans up when the job is done. All of these things are impressive by themselves but taken together they add up to a solid 5-star rating. The first job I had him do was commercial at a small office building.
