Mark showed up when he said he would. Yes, I was impressed. Then he gave me a price for what I wanted done. It was more than reasonable. Impressed again. He said when he could start the job and how long he thought it would take. He started when he said he would and completed the job on time. His work is clean - solder joints are smooth, no waste, nothing on the floor. His work is well done and professional. He cleans up when the job is done. All of these things are impressive by themselves but taken together they add up to a solid 5-star rating. The first job I had him do was commercial at a small office building. Adding a sink and some additional water lines. A year or two later I had him replace the hot water tank and the expansion tank. Last fall I had him replace the sillcocks at my house with the frost-free type. I have been very satisfied with each and every job he has completed and that is why I am happy to recommend him to others.
