The a/c unit was so loud we couldn't hear or talk to each other in the other rooms. The room smelled like a wet dog and there was dog hair everywhere. Lots of other guests smoking in the parking lot. Only plus was the free breakfast. Will never stay here again.

Big mistake but don't think it would have mattered as staff at the hotel weren't much better. I felt I was talking to a used car salesman and the lady I talked to was very aggressive, I told her numerous times I wasn't sure how long I would be and eventually said ok five nights then she reads off terms and conditions as fast as she could and I accepted. I Shoulda hung up. My wife even asked who the hell was that ? Booking for super 8. She said Jesus I thought it was a tela marketer, not even kidding. So I called the hotel direct and explained my situation. Was told that they could work something out if I needed to to stay longer or shorter. The hotel itself? Old and noisy. both nights I was there there were people outside my room smoking and drinking till 10 1030 Whatever I get it but I gotta be up at 5. After 2 nights work got rained out and called at 830 saying I was checking out as I was headed back to hotel. Was told they would have to get back to me as their computers where down and I said well regardless I'm checking out and going home, see you in 1/2 hour. Grabbed my stuff from the room and went to the office to check out. I was told by hotel staff that this time they weren't gonna charge me for the night but warned me in the future their policy is early check out, not just late in the day but early as in the day I was forced to commit to would be charged in full. I told the lady at the desk not a problem I won't be back. I have stayed at many super 8 hotels this place is terrible, super 8 in Taber Alberta ?? Great place friendly and accommodating, I was there 2 weeks same kinda deal not sure how long was gonna be there. Got shut down on a Thursday at 3. Back at hotel and at the desk by 430. Didn't even charge me for the night. Thats how ya get repeat customers Super 8 Stettler

This is the worst place you could stay. The showers are freezing, the halls smell like sewage due…read moreto the public washrooms in the hall that don't get maintained. Everything in your room will have pet fur on it. An when choose to leave the owner will find a way to steal your damage from you. Plus the bar down stairs is trash right along with the food. Save your money an stay else where trust me. If you bring up any issues the owner will fight with you.
