Literally the worst experience after a full day of travel, room already paid for, and have been waiting to check in for over an hour, sitting in the lobby, being treated like a Second rate citizen. Never have I felt so insulted especially after paying for something that is supposedly luxury and reputable. They have record we paid but still need a printed out "voucher" because apparently we are still stuck in the 1980s. If you're a tourist or business executive like my team and I, this NOT the choice for your stay. Now late to meeting. Save yourself time and headache and choose the Hyatt instead. read more

When my girlfriend and I checked into the hotel they gave us a single queen bed room, our reservation was for a single king size room. When we called down to the front desk the guy working at the front desk argued with her that our reservation was for a single queen and not a single king, then after showing the front desk staff our reservation email confirmation stating we reserved a king size bed they finally gave us the correct room. First off, in the hospitality customer service industry you should never argue with guests without confirming first and even then it should be addressed and corrected. Secondly, when we left the hotel on day two with the "please clean room" door plaque hanging on the door, the room was half cleaned, they shut our curtains and left a red cleaning clove on the chair, however did not replenish towels or make the bed. We had to call down and have them come up with fresh towels while one of us was in the shower. So far very unprofessional and we will not be extending our stay here or returning. Looking for another hotel for the remainder of our trip at the moment. read more

Perfect place if you're doing business in the local vicinity. Newer hotel with a modern feel. Plenty of restaurant choices just outside the door. The wifi is a bit sporadic, but that's my only issue. read more

stayed 2 nights. total staff was super accomodating. there are about 6 restaruants all walking distance. the hotel is very modern. you are so far away from the Lopez-Mateo highway that it felt really secluted. adjacent movie theater was a plus. room was nice, very neat and clean. the sunday morning brunch was great too. there is a pool table in the bar/lobby area. will stay here again when int he area. read more
