When I voice concerns to her, she invalidates them. When it comes to health concerns, she gives me only one option for treatment and does not listen to my questions or concerns. Also, after having blood work done and receiving a huge bill from my insurance company, I was told she could have classified the lab work in a different way in which it would have been completely covered by insurance. My quality of life has gone down due to a lack of treatment for certain medical concerns. Please do not place something as important as your health in her hands.

I have been seeing Noah Sarr the whole time. I have never had a more caring FNP in my life. This man has taken me through one of the worst times in my health. He spent time listening to my symptoms and figure out what I have and get me the care and specialist that I require. I have the highest respect for him. I have had him work with my specialist. He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. I will continue to go to HFHCC because if feel the care I receive it the best.

That's the kind of dismissive, unhelpful comment you'd expect from someone completely unqualified--not from someone responsible for patient care. My…read morevisit was with his partner, Dr. Laura Russo Herrera, and while she was very competent, quick to see me, and willing to listen, their billing leaves something to be desired. I have had to go back to the office 2 times to discuss my visit and my husbands visit because it kept being billed incorrectly, and since they use a third party Biller, things are not being handled by that office specifically. I was advised to pay my bill with a check, since the Biller doesn't always process the credit cards, which you can only pay with via mail, correctly, and when I did, it took over a month for the check to clear because said Biller only visits the office once a month. My visit kept being claimed through my insurance as a prenatal visit, when I went in for a wellness screening. While the staff is friendly enough, their inability to make sure these things get taken care of make me feel that they are incompetent. And I'm sure that isn't the case entirely, but what else can I view it as if I went in to visit in July, and am still dealing with this into mid November. Overall I am a very unsatisfied patient.

The staff are friendly and courteous and helpful. What I enjoy most is that Dr. Dhillion does not schedule you for any appointments unless needed. Maybe the only negative is the waiting room is very small, but then you really don't have to wait to long to be called in the exam room. After several appointments and visits to the hospital during my stay two months ago, I have come to appreciate Dr. Dhillion's services.

The lady at the desk could only offer...I'm sorry, I'm just telling you what the computer says, and she said it twice. That wasn't the help I was looking for. I will say, she did try to offer solutions after the fact, but by then, I wasn't really interested. This is my second time here, and I recall it being a similar experience at the front desk. I've also been to the Kaweah Hand Therapy Specialist after surgery, and while the front desk staff there were much friendlier, I've just had better experiences at other PT's so I cancelled my remaining appointments and will ask to go somewhere else. P.S. while none of the grievances I heard being discussed by the employees were about patient care, I did overhear conversations that I'm guessing I wasn't meant to hear. Seems like it can be a hard place to work for, and patients don't need to hear that.
