I started out thinking they would be great, but I ended up being very disappointed. I was looking for a deep clean and focusing on dusting to help with preparing for people to visit for a graduation. After talking, I should have known better when they did not take any notes and Peter made a comment about a client that he had been working for was no longer happy with his service. Shame on me! They completely skipped a large bedroom that we discussed and walked through and I decided against my office/spare bedroom. However, they did not lower the price. They did not touch windows sills as promised, the kitchen was not a deep clean, there was a residue left in the bathrooms that I needed to wipe down, the hardwood floors were not cleaned well, and a few other small things. After reaching out multiples times neither Peter or Jan responded. I received one text asking for feedback and once I gave feedback, Peter did not respond. I followed up again and I did not receive a response. Both messages were marked as read shown as read. I followed up via email and another text to both Peter and Jan, and yet still no response. If you know these two around town, please avoid their business.

He took out the vent and vacuumed and washed it as well and screwed in a new lightbulb for me which was really sweet. I felt he was a little pricy compared to some others that I got quotes for and he asked me what my budget was rather than telling me what his hourly rate was. I've cleaned houses for people before and babysit often as well and I always say what my hourly rate is upfront so that clients can decide if they are comfortable with that, so a little surprised on that approach from him. He is nice and neighborly and full of knowledge and has a lot of different businesses that he owns himself to provide a multitude of services. There was a little bit of small pieces left over that I easily vacuumed up within seconds and they blended in with the floor so I don't hold that against him at all.

Regarding cleaning, our home looks and smells fantastic after the staff leave & we are pleased with the cleaning. More importantly, the cleaning staff's customer service skills are wonderful & we've only had to call Gina twice in reference to the cleaning (minor issues that were promptly corrected with the next cleaning). Have had M2P come in on two occasions…read more The first was to wash walls, windows, and pretty much make our old basement sparkle. It did. The second was a whole house clean, including some high up windows, French doors and carpet cleaning. Both times, I've been pleased with professionalism, process, level of quality, and timeliness of Maid to Perfection. Staff is courteous and thorough, and the walk-thru beforehand ensures that what's important gets covered. I'm not someone for whom regular professional cleaning is possible. So when they have come by, it's been a real treat--and at a reasonable and straightforward price. Highly recommend.
