With a dozen ramen to choose from, I stepped out of my normal Tonkotsu ramen box. I went with Taiwanese-style beef (Shichu ramen). Plus Estella beer of course.
It was really delicious! The beef chunks were tender, the flavor right. Ramen was cooked on point. Broth was savory and not too salty.
So I came back again a day later. This time I ordered duck (ramen de pato). It was not as exceptionally flavorful as yesterday and the different broth was kind of bland, but still ok. They didn't have togarashi (at a Japanese restaurant?!) so I added sriracha sauce.
They didn't have some of the drinks on their menu so I just had mineral water.
Staff are perfunctory. Nothing special. The place seems to do a lot of takeout in the afternoon.
