Ramey Richlands had a vehicle we thought might meet our needs so we contacted them and worked with a salesperson by the name of Freddie Elswick. I don't very often take the time to write reviews, but he and the entire team at that location were just the nicest, kindest folks we have dealt with in many years. They weren't the least bit pushy and never used what we call sales babble - just down to earth professional and accommodating in every way possible. Although this sale didn't work out (no fault of theirs), my husband and I both said we would love to be able to work with them for our next vehicle purchase. Where do I start, My wife and I took her car in because she didn't pass inspection, so we just got our tax return it was just enough to repair her car, it was April 11, 2019, it was our Wedding Anniversary too. Well we needed to get the Inspection sticker, my wife got pulled by the State Police over because she failed inspection. So we took it in April 11th, the lady at the desk was like reading from a script, the ole, "I'll call you when, we get the drivers side, mirror blinker working" 2 weeks go by, she doesn't call, I called and they said it should be ready for pick up in 2 days, we called still not ready, I bought the driver mirror, on Amazon, and My wife and I took it there. They called the next day, said it was the wrong part, I said it was the exact same part, I looked at the part and the mirror on the car, they were exactly identical. Just the color was black, and the factory mirror was red. Mind you, I need My truck, were using just My truck for everything, my truck guzzles alot of gas. So we need My wife's car back. Today is June 4th 2019, its been 2 months, now they said, it wont pass inspection because of a "Air bag Module" and other problems they found, I told them the Original Inspection just specified a Mirror, NOTHING ELSE!. Oh, she said that they parked the car in they're parking lot, and due to rain, the car is flooded with water. What in HELL!!!!!!!!! I brought My car in working order NOTHING was wrong with it, it has a new windshield and new tires, ALL IT NEEDED WAS A DRIVER SIDE MIRROR, WHICH I BOUGHT. I called My auto insurance company and explained to them the whole story. I'm at My last straw with this company. I will not recommend them to My worst enemy. This is the scum of auto repair. They don't deserve even 1 star. read more

As a follow up, I did receive a gift card in the mail yesterday (5/21). This was after sending another email stating I hadn't received anything. It was a nice gesture and I hate the whole thing happened 1. the car not being there 2. being told I would receive a gift for my trip and not receiving anything until I notified them again.
