I wasn't home on that Thursday and a message was left on my machine at 4pm to pick it up by 5pm. They were going out of town for the holiday. Of course I didn't get the message until they were closed and they were gone for a week not just the weekend. So they kept my vehicle for a week locked up in the yard. I contacted Nationwide and they let me keep my rental for the week or We would have had problems. All they had to do was call me that Thursday morning and gave me a few hours notice to get my vehicle, this was totally uncalled for and inconsiderate. I won't use them again. Who takes off on a trip to the Grand Canyon and keeps somebody's vehicle for a week. Poor business ethics!
