Do not use this service. In 2010, I lost my house because of Oscar Ramirez's negligence. I'm surprised he's still in business and now I wonder if he's harmed anyone else. Sorry to disagree Oscar, but I clearly asked you to protect the house by filing for bankruptcy. Thinking it was unnecessary, you neglected to inform the attorney you work with so the house was unprotected and it was lost. Without a doubt, we fell behind in our payments. Without a doubt, you failed to do your job. You seemed to be working in an area that you were unqualified for back then. For the sake of your clients, I only hope things have gotten better. Persons who are thinking of hiring you should realize that your legal training is limited and you are not an attorney. As such, there is very little recourse if something goes wrong. read more

After emailing, calling and texting multiple times to find out if he was going to be able to represent me in court - nothing. He was a ghost. Never heard from him again after our meeting. This review is way overdue. I highly recommend this service! I had a birthday at the end of October, and I decided to have an LA club host a Halloween themed birthday event for me. I had made a BIG mistake in trusting this particular venue to host my birthday event. It was a giant con from the start to the end that left my guests and me financially distressed that night. From predatory charging, tacking on hidden extra fees, waiting in the line for my own table! for my own event! for an HOUR and having to deal with a disrespectful unorganized staff. I tried several times asking for some type of refund compensation, because I don't find these types of services to be of acceptable businesses practices. Especially compared to the ridiculous price point I was charged that night for the extreme lack thereof service and quality. I was immediately stonewalled and rejected by the venue without a thought or question. I had reached out to Oscar from Ramirez's Legal Service through email explaining to him the situation. He replied in a very timely response. More importantly he treated me in a very professional and courteous manner. He scheduled a consultation with me so I could better explain the abhorrent events that took place that night. He listened and had reassured me that he would "take it from here." That's exactly what he did, HE TOOK CARE OF ME! Within a week I had immediate email response from the venue apologizing for my experience with a full refund. Meant to leave this review awhile ago, recently went to a club crawl in downtown Los Angeles and we got swindled. We paid for our tickets and were promised one free drink and entrance to all clubs that were listed. Sad to say that none of that was included, and each club that was on the list acted as if they had no idea about the club crawl we paid for.
