The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event.

I was a little skeptical as I had not seen any reviews or heard of the business before my google search. When I made the reservations online, I was given availability and confirmation the next day. A week later, I had to email the company again and alter the time of the drop off and pick up. They were very accommodating. Then I emailed a second time asking for another time change, thinking that I would get turned down because they already accommodated me with my first time mix up. They responded by email again telling me that my request was taken care of! I had reserved a 4 hour block for the mini combo bounce house with the smiley face on it from 3pm to 7pm. I did not get the owner's name regretfully, but he showed up at 1:30pm! He was so polite and a great person to deal with! He was very nice and understanding. He went over the rules with us, set up the bounce house and tables and chairs and came back well past 7pm. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house! They even skipped the cake! And eventually, some of the adults took it over and had a blast too. I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse.
