Great experience all around! They were best jumper/water slide company I've ever used. totally seamless experience start to finish!

We had a pretty good experience renting an obstacle course, two snow cones and a sticky soccer game. The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event. read more

We had a great experience with Area Jumpers. When I called with questions they were quick to pick up. For our party they showed up 15 min early to our 2:30pm appointment and were very helpful. We chose the big double slide bounce house with trex theme and it was a huge hit with the kids. The price ended up being a bit more than expected bc we needed to rent a generator and chose to get insurance. FYI the website doesn't remind you to see if you'll need a generator-- I only knew because we've rented before from a different company. So, if you're at a playground like we were with no outlets nearby, make sure you find the part of their webpage with accessories and get the generator. read more
