Friendly staff and clean facility and rooms. The breakfast in the morning is typical and just ok, but the gal taking care of things offset things and was doing a great job. This is our go-to when in Casper. Check for great rates on the usual sites (I used booking.com).

So this is a western still stuck in the 80s. Burnt orange is the color of decor and rotten brown. That aside the customer service here is delightful. Had dinner in the bar as restaurant wasn't open but our bartender was sweet and extremely helpful. Food was average. Not bad but definitely nothing to write home about. We were in the 6th floor so they called to deliver milk and brownies before bed time. I thought this a nice treat. Older hotel so don't expect anything ritzy. Clean and do able

5 star !! The staff and hotel is awesome ! The hotel accommodated me after I had major issues with my previous hotel they even checked me in early. The staff were awesome ! The hotel was pretty cool, it had an indoor pool very kid friendly, the continental breakfast was amazing, eggs, hash brown, cereal, pancakes, breakfast sausage, all of your morning drinks etc... the room was nice the bed though was alittle out dated but not bad and the room was clean. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Mold on our bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Somewhat dark dismal and worn. If you have work to do, don't think that there will be reliable internet. Will not stay here again.

Excellent customer service! Kid friendly pool. Good breakfast. Hotel is a little outdated and cleanliness could be improved

The only reason I'm giving this facility 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do have a very clean,…read morefriendly cafe with great food in the hotel, a small coffee shop with good coffee, a descent lounge for drinks, a clean indoor pool and fairly nice event/conference/ballrooms (although ac can be an issue in the summer). Other then this it's a hot mess! As far as actually sleeping there...don't. Our 2 Queen room had 4 of the 7 total lights broken, a minifridge that's door caught and dragged on the ancient rug, a 19" TV with only about 6 channels (and due to TV cabinet only one bed actually gets a view of the TV), torn up comforters with stuffing popping out, stains on the sheets, a toilet that required a complex pattern of jiggling to get to flush, a shower curtain so filthy there was no point closing it during showers, and an A/C unit that pumped clumps of dust and ick into our room instead of cool air (it was around 90 degrees outside thru our 2 night stay) leaving us miserably sticky and sweaty. 3 of 5 electric outlets did not work at all, and the whole room had a mildewy, stale odor (we grabbed some Febreeze it was so bad). We were there for an event located in the hotel so switching rooms was impossible due to heavy booking, plus we'd of lost our group booking rate. The staff WAS very friendly, helpful and attentive (ill give them that). This place is tolerable as a quick place to lay your head for a night (not in the summer!!), despite the broken everything and stained bed there were no bugs or mold (that I saw). NEVER consider this a place for your wedding or other big, personal event! The ballroom is indeed spacious and clean but the AC doesn't seem to cool that room either. You would never want your out of town relatives to stay there! The vending machines are highly overpriced (even for a hotel) and a gas station is a quick walk and a way cheaper place to grab drinks/snacks. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Po' Boy Steakhouse, which has a deceivingly plain front but a beautiful and rich dark wood interior, and some damn good food in generous portions to boot. The convienance isn't worth the misery of sleeping there tho. They have a very nice mini-golf course on the grounds so it MAY be worth it if you have children and are only staying one night.

This place does look retro. The rooms are a little dark. Some of the walls have wood paneling…read more The interior designer probably thought it would make the place more ornate. In reality it makes the place look old. The room had the most unusual color/ pattern scheme I ever seen in a hotel room. The beds are a little firm. The art deco lamps and lighting fixtures looked worn down from decades of use. The wireless Internet would only work intermittently. However, the room is clean. The AC works fine and it is not too loud. The furniture is in good shape. They give you complimentary coffee (with decaf option) and breath mints. They have enough electrical outlets for ipod, iphone, ibook and so on..

The staff was kind and friendly at check in and created me with a bottled water. Out room was large and clean and the shower was spacious and clean and loaded with fresh towels and quality soaps and shampoo and conditioner. The fitness center had all the necessary free weights and cable machines for me to get a complete work out and afterwards I soaked my muscles in a whirlpool thing the had that was warm and relaxing. Awesome. The free breakfast was loaded with options- eggs, omelets, oatmeal, bagels, cereal waffles, muffins, mall kinds of yummy fresh stuff. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a highway and just a minute from all the shopping a traveler needs. I love these hotels and this one was no exception, I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy, and the person at the front desk was great. She was quick to offer restaurant recommendations and always had a smile. The room was great. Cool air and hot showers! Even better, it was CLEAN. The location is near a number of restaurants and shopping, although, to be honest, it's not a huge town. The snack area was well stocked , and the continental breakfast seemed fresh and stocked as well. No issues recommending this location and would stay here again for sure.
