He helped me order the door, brought it to my house and hauled the old one away. When he took off the old door, the entire base of the frame was rotted and literally crumbled. We've had FISH do our windows twice. We initially called them based on a reference from a friend…read more Each time the FISH team has been great. The communication from beginning to end is timely and clear. The guys that do the windows are respectful and good. I always walk around the place with them at the end to check on the windows. When I ask them to redo something or clean something that isn't done to my satisfaction they always do it. This second cleaning we found scratches on our window a week after they left and I thought they did it. They came out to check, said they didn't do it, and the manager offered to pay half for a window replacement because it was a "he said, she said" situation. I called the window company that installed our windows and when they came out they found that the scratches are between the double panes so FISH could not have done it. I admire FISH for the way they respected me and handled my concerns. I highly recommend FISH for their window cleaning service and their integrity.
