After meeting with him today I not only feel like the review on his avvo were misleading but that he was a completely different person than I was expecting, and not in a good way. He was extremely insensitive, assumed he knew more about my case than me made many generalizations and even went as far as to compare my case to that of others to not only diminish my pain and trauma but to make me feel like I was complaining about something that wasn't even a big deal or important. Knowing I was there talking about my sexual assault, I asked him a question about what objective evidence was since he was talking about it and he said to me," well you could leave here today and say I sexually assaulted you and you would need dna evidence to prove it because I would say no I didn't!" He took a phone call on his cell phone about a check going to the wrong address. All he did was keep telling me I took to long to seek justice and even suggested that I was trying to get revenge. I tried to explain that I was trying to prevent more rapes from happening... he rolled his eyes. And kept going back to telling me I should give up and let it go. I will not be letting it go, and I will not give up! 10- 10 would not recommend this guy for anyone!
