I recently found a new barber here, HENRY. He is phenomenal. Although I am nearly bald, I get a h/c about every 2 weeks, and I don't mind paying full price, given Henry's superb attention to detail. He makes me feel like I've had a spa day makeover! While other guys just buzzed my head and used a trimmer on the back (stylists can't use a straight razor, I've learned), Henry is an experienced, pro barber. He attends to the littlest of hairs, examining every angle of my head. He attends to my ears, brow, skin (always moisturizes my scalp), and uses a razor to make the neckline stellar. He wraps it up with a light aftershave thing that leaves me feeling refreshed! It's the details that set apart a good haircut from a truly exceptional one. Plus, did I mention what a great guy he is? Having lived abroad, being from the Midwest, and being college-educated, he's a joy to talk to. Suggestions: The place could use a makeover.
