The customer service people at the front desk are nice that's about all the good things I can say. Took my NEW car 2017 Rouge in that had minor damage, the fender needed replaced that's it. (on passenger fender due to tree branch falling on it.) Well to start it was a day late on being done on the original schedule, that might have been acceptable if it had not came back with new damage! The framing around the drivers door had a small dent on it yes I said DENT, a dent that was not there prior to taking it. The glass in the window on the passenger side was etched with deep scratches like they dropped something heavy and sharp on it and had a chip of glass missing! They also said they had to feather in the paint from the fender to match passenger door, yes maybe so but with new paint it kinda makes me think that they just carelessly let something heavy and sharp hit the door whatever it was apparently screwed my window up too. And let's be honest the paint job was horrific upon more inspection you could see stuff like bubbles that popped or trash that had gotten into the paint. Some parts of the paint had rough spots in it, and they cut to deep into the body while buffing or whatever it was they did because it left dark splotches and a line that was also very noticeable above my door and handle. Not to mention the pin stripe is starting to bubble up due to the trash/ grit under it. All these things are very unacceptable, especially when you take a new vehicle there for minor repairs and you get it back with all these issues, you'd think maybe they would hire responsible individuals that truly give a darn about good workmanship. I'm positive that if it had of been there vehicle that they would have been livid! Which I am livid but I mean what's done is done, I just know one thing, I will NEVER bring any vehicle of mine or my families here ever again!! Oh I will make sure NO one I know does either!!

Rodney called me and offered a two hour inspection, and see what we had to deal with. I was looking for a resto-mod, but in stages. Rodney said it would be a couple of weeks. Months and months go by, with me calling about monthly. I'm eventually told by "Shawna" the two hour inspection is regular maintenance and they don't do that now. So, I wasted all those months just waiting. I then pointed out the reason for the inspection was to DO more, but she had no interest. In my conversation with Rodney we had discussed octane, so apparently me asking for a reminder of what should be in the tank made it "maintenance". I then emailed Rodney directly and received NO response at all. I found this surprising after his prior call to set everything up. I had a $40k budget, but that was apparently too small for them. I would not recommend.

Since I couldn't find anyone else that would do it at the time, I tried to accept the deal anyway. But being a man of apparent dishonor, Rodney avoided all of my calls. I finally called him from another number to trick him into answering, he fumbled around and made excuses, but promised to call me back as soon as he has time. Even after calling him many, many times, he never called me back. I would never trust this place with working on anything, ever. From what I've heard from others, I was lucky because his work isn't very good anyway. Meanwhile I found someone else to do my Caddy for a third of Rodney's price.
