Now I will admit when it says chorizo I instinctively think it's MEXICAN chorizo. This doesn't cook like traditional Mexican Chorizo. It doesn't fall by apart easily and looks more like ground Italian sausage. But the spices are right on, although not very spicy, and the meat is very hearty. It didn't have a lot of fat do it cooked pretty clean. Can't wait to try some of their other products. It's locally produced which is a great plus.

I chose all the sweeter wines and they were really good. The wine server was fantastic and was really engaging with our group. Parking is a little cramped but we were able to get a good spot. There is a little place at the top of the hill. You can get food. We were there on a Saturday. The place was very busy. They don't do tastings in this room so we headed down the hill to the tasting room. We had a big group but the server was great at keeping up with the options that we wanted. The wine i got try was really good. The bride to be in our party ended up getting a couple bottles. We also got to sit and enjoy a glass. All the staff was really nice and helpful. If we had had more time I would have loved to sit and enjoyed a few more glasses.

The wagons were very well designed and the kids loved it. Sycamore Creek thought of so many great details - s'more makings, firewood for the fire pit, popcorn and even games. The farm animals were a big hit as well. The Gathering Place was great for pickle ball and they had plenty of other games too. Everything was very clean, well kept with attention to details! The staff were all very helpful. The grandkids were already asking when they could come again before we even left, lol. I definitely recommend the Fall Roundup as well. The kids were 3-10 years old and had a real enjoyable time.
