I have witnessed him verbally abusing his shop guys in a manner that was totally unacceptable. I can no longer support a business whose manager treats customers and employees that way. Linder can do better than that. Sorry for the negative review - have to be honest as Linder has been in the community for many, many years and was the "go to" place. No longer. I had done some work on my 2002 Lexus LS430 and was getting to the point where I was stumped and needing some help from someone with a bit more experience. I had called around a few locally owned shops and found myself speaking with Justin at All Seasons. Super nice guy, was understanding of my attempts to solve the problem and scheduled me relatively quickly to take a look at the vehicle. Eventually they had done some diagnostic testing and discovered the source of the problem. Justin immediately gave me a call and discussed options. He was very kind and let me take the car back into my own hands to fix the found issue and even gave me the diagnostic documentation to aid in my endeavor. They also did a 27 point inspection for no additional cost. They struck me as kind, honest, and intelligent. I would come to them again!

The bill was obviously extensive, well over $2,000. Totally was prepared for it and paid my bill in full. There were no complaints, at first. Less than a week later I drove out to my dads, roughly 20 minutes away. On my way I started experiencing some severe shaking. Thank goodness my daughter wasn't in the truck at this time! I get to my dads and we were absolutely shocked! All but one of the lug nuts had BROKEN off! I've literally never seen this before. My husband and my daughters dad are both mechanics and they explained this was because it was not torqued properly. The only reason I sent my truck to this shop is because neither of them had the time and I wanted my truck fixed. Any mechanic would have realized why this issue occurred. I towed my truck back for joe to fix, which he did fix. However, he then wanted me to pay another $400+ to fix his mistake! Absolutely not! I brought in my previous bill to show not only all the parts were brand new but that he had been the one to do the repairs. He comes in and I explained why I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake, to which he tried to claim it was because my truck was so rusted. Everything was new, so regardless of the amount of rust my truck may have the parts were not rusted. He made a huge scene and never owned up to his mistake! I refuse to work with someone who doesn't stand by their work.

Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). The point is that these guys could have easily gone the "shady auto shop" route and charged me for something the warranty covered, but instead these guys were honest.
