They run a clean operation and are the nicest folks you'll ever want to meet, I recently had to clear my storage since I moved to another state, they were very accommodating while checking on me to ensure I had water and asking if I needed assistance in any way....I appreciated the gesture! It had been at least a year, possibly more, that we had last been in the unit. When we arrived Sunday, we realized our key did not fit the lock and that the lock was a different make, than what we had. We got the manager to cut the lock for us and when we opened the door, we realized things had been taken. We actually found our old lock inside the unit and yes, our key did fit our lock. IT HAD NOT BEEN CUT OPEN. We will be emptying our unit because we no longer have confidence in the Security here.

I called on the first when due and property management hadn't even been informed of the change by the owners of the company. I tried multiple times over several days to just make a payment. No payment allowed over the phone and the new payment site wasn't working. I waited for a call back that things were remedied. Now on the 15th I get a bill with a late fee. I asked to be put in touch with the business owner, but was told multiple people with the same complaint and nothing could be done. Then informed the online payment option wasn't a guarantee. So how do I pay if no payments over the phone and I cannot access the new system that wasn't working? This truly should be remedied and customers reimbursed that called on the first, that there was a problem. Very unprofessional of the owners!

Veronica and Nelly are absolutely amazing and very reliable and communicative. I have been through every situation here from losing the key to my lock to moving into a smaller unit and beyond and every step of the way they have been great. Highly recommend this facility. They sent me notices for rent increases, up to a 40% increase every couple months (once two months consecutively)! When units were broken into, I was the one who would have to call the police to make a report and wait for the cops to come. The only reason they have any business at all is because they're buying up all the mom and pops so when you need storage they're the only option for miles. When I called to ask what notice they needed for a move-out, I was told to just let them know when I had vacated as long as it was: "by the 5th". I said, "so if Im out before the 5th of the month I don't pay for the next month?" to which I was told "Yes!".... Go figure I move out on the 4th, send notice and am told that I owe the "pro-rated" amount for each day which is practically another month of rent. Nicole who was at the Banning location knew what I was asking when I called to ask but was intentionally vague so I would have to pay the exorbitant pro rated amount. Also they have an "insurance" they make you pay which isn't really insurance, its just another little fee scheme to juice the tenants. Not to mention a sign up fee which I had to pay again even though I was moving from one location to another. Worst company I have ever dealt with. On par with the worst internet provider you can imagine. DO NOT RENT FROM US STORAGE!!!
