We did not use this company due to poor communication, and they never even showed up. ( they were…read moregiven 3 chances. ) We dealt with the owner " Jesse" directly. The 1st day, ( Tuesday ) Jesse was supposed to show up to laser the project and prepare for concrete forms. My fiancé cleared her schedule for the whole day to be here . Jesse never showed nor called. We finally heard from Jesse that evening, after we texted and left messages. He said "something came up"... No apologies, no explanation, just that he would be here the next day.. We were a little shocked by the comment but did not want to fall further behind our schedule by starting over with another contractor, as it was a busy time of year for pouring concrete. This went on for 2 more days.. The last communication from Jessie ( on Thursday ) was that he was gone for the weekend and would be back on Monday. 3 days of not showing up or even calling that he was running late or couldn't show up.. That was our cue to fire Jesse and Wheaton company immediately, and find a company that was responsive and more professional. Because Jesse wouldn't answer the phone, we texted Jesse, that we were moving on with another contractor... Jesse responded with a" thumbs up" imoji !! Seriously.. Not even an apology, or call back.. or impression of caring. The following week we found Ben Downs Construction, who was an excellent communicator, organized and very professional, and completed the job quickly. I will never use Jesse or Wheaton Concrete & Construction for anything.
