While I had established an s corp to help reduce my taxable income, he didn't achieve that or find any deductions I can see as my previous accountants did. After paying a very large tax bill and then later thousands in penalties the irs wanted to review the entire tax year he prepared, As well as set up a payment plan for still more funds for some unknown reason .
