I come here to wash all my vehicles. They do a great job. I normally go on Sundays because it's double punch Sunday's and they give a military discount. We had recently came back from a 8 hr road trip and our vehicle needed a good bath and interior cleaning. I've taken my car here a few times. I always get the handwash. I'll say it's the finishing touches that are severely lacking. It's not worth the money. There was water spots and it wasn't dryed properly from them skipping over my car. I respectfully pointed out the issues but the employees didn't care. I definitely don't recommend coming here. The up charge for a large vehicle was double the wash cost, but they promised to do a very thorough job. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, there was water spots down the sides of the car and hood, dirt still present on the rocker panels, and a number is areas clearly missed when wiping it down. I asked the foreman if they were finished and he casually replied yes while walking away and never looked back. What a terrible job and an inconsiderate response. I'm solidly in the middle here. I've read the other reviews, some are spot on, some seem a little petty. First, took my truck in for an oil change. It was done pretty quickly and they did all the expected service (tire pressure, fluids, etc). Wash wasn't great. Exterior was fine but I did see a couple spots in the interior that looked like they were just flat missed. I had some small candy wrappers in the cup holders, still there after the wash. Overall, I've had worse service at other locations in the valley AND paid more at those locations. Perfect, no. But about as expected. We just don't have any great car wash services in the area unfortunately. read more

We have been coming to Rancho Car Wash on Jefferson Ave in Temecula for a few years because of the good service and facilities. This morning we came for a car wash and were browsing through your greeting cards inside your facility when we noticed cards making disparaging comments aimed at a certain political party. First, it seems like a bad business decision to alienate a certain portion of your customer base. They are always super friendly, do a great job, have decent pricing, and offer a great punch card rewards you only after 5 washes and you get double punches on Sundays and Tuesday's. read more

He did not seem to care pointing to the long line of cars waiting to get washed. For two sister cities with a combined population of a quarter of a million people he's right. There aren't many full service car washes. I'm used to the outstanding work of Auto Park Car Wash in Escondido and Body Beautiful in San Diego. I went yesterday because my truck needed to be washed badly and I didn't have a lot of time. Well I should have looked at Yelp first. They're currently at two stars. So in short, they still suck at washing cars. You can always tell by the amount of time between your car coming out of the car wash, and the attendant yelling "Ready!". Mine yesterday was so short I didn't get the Red Bull I purchased down my gullet. I walk up and the windows still have water spots, The bedrails still have dirt, obviously the attendant didn't wipe the truck down even. I hate being the male Karen, walking around my truck saying, "You missed a spot." For almost $30 ata professional car wash I shouldn't have to do this. I'm sorry to see so many bad reviews. I've only ever had very nice experiences here. We started bringing our cars here back in the 90's when my boys were small (they are all grown now). It was referred to as the Chicken Car Wash because of the cute little machine that clucks. Quite exciting for young kids. I was happy to see it is still here. As the years rolled by, it was my husband who usually takes my truck in for an oil change and wash. Since he's laid up, I seriously needed an oil change so I brought it in, got that done and the works for the cleaning. I feel like a dork, because I had to text my husband to see what comes first and when to tip. I watched my truck get clean, put in the stall for the oil change and waited for someone to flag me. I got the keys, went in to pay and when I came out, I couldn't find anyone to tip. I feel really bad about that. I'll make up for it somehow. Like I said, only good experiences at this place. I also like looking at the variety of fun birthday cards and such inside. And I still have the leopard print steering wheel cover and floor mats I got some years ago. This place is soo bad, they could care less about the customer.. if you just want the dirt washed off your cart, I suggest using a garden hose but if you must, go here and get the same thing for $20, you must have money to blow. Spend it on me then, I'll take it! I had to go back and ask them to re-vacuum my car because apparently I didn't leave the back door of my SUV high enough open for someone to realize I wanted that vacuumed as well. Then when they did vacuum it out for the 2nd time, well let's just say my 2nd grader would have done a much better job. Don't complain to management because they will just give you an attitude and offer to run it through the wash again only to accomplish nothing because the same bad cycle happens over and over again. I just got the basic wash, so I wasn't expecting miracles. A basic wash, a good vacuum, and wipe up the interior. The floors and seats were NOT vacuumed well at all. The crap on the seats I was able to brush easily onto the floor, and I would be surprised if they moved the floor mats since there was still crap under and around them. There were still coffee drips all around the cup holders, as well as crumbs that a vacuum could have easily gotten. The exterior was fine, some crusted on crud still there, but like I said, I only got the basic wash so I wasn't expecting miracles there. Thus place is right around the corner from my work, but next time I will go another mile down the road and try a place that knows how to vacuum a car. read more

The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because the people were nice. I paid for the super wash... they didn't clean off any of the bugs stuck to the front of my truck, didn't clean the wheels, didn't clean the steps (running boards), didn't vacuum the seats. Not sure what i paid 25.99 for them to clean. Might as well pay 6.99 for the drive through car wash at a gas station instead. read more

There's no point in upgrading the service. The inside of my car was not wiped down very well and I still had to go home and clean the wheels, headlights and portions of the vehicle that they had missed when they liked it. This might be the worst car wash experience of my life....wait, I just checked and received confirmation that it is. Upon pulling up I was told that they recommended the hand wash for me. I said no thanks, the standard will be fine. They sent over some reinforcements to urge me into the hand wash, which is $10 more than I wanted to spend. Their reasoning for the hand wash you ask?? Because of my roof racks. They claim that the racks will tear their chamois and as a result aren't willing to run it through their machine wash. No other car wash in the world has ever had an issue with my racks, and in my opinion none should. After further requesting the normal wash, another attendant came over and began to argue with me about the ability to run it through the machine. I told him to save it, that I didn't want to hear it anymore, and to just wash the car. He then looked at me and said " if it was your car wash, you wouldn't run it through either" Let me tell you. If it was my car wash, I would hire employees who wouldn't argue with customers. I watched the whole process and noticed that as a result of my hand wash, my car didn't get the undercarriage wash, something that I really like having done. Go here only if you want to be jerked around by employees that know NOTHING about customer service. read more

Took my new car there several times, and both times I was pleased with the service. My car looked great!

I've only been here a couple times for a car wash and everything has been pretty smooth. As always, they'll try to get you to upgrade your wash or to a wax/oil change, etc. but they're not annoying about it and you can just move on with your wash. I cant honestly say how comparable their prices are since I was given a gift card for 3 free washes, but I'm sure they're about the same price as other locations. read more
