Fair warning: Googling "does Fast5Xpress have a rain policy " will yield results suggesting they do, but they do not. It seems reasonable to offer a re wash policy due to weather in SoCal considering how little rain we get. I also find the person spraying the car to be rather pointless aside from guiding you in. It would be much more beneficial to scrub the windshield or something. Like everything, prices have increased, by about 25% in the past year, but I do appreciate tha the top tier wash yields 50% your next wash of the same type. read more

Friendly employees with good service. Overall, it's an okay deal for a basic car wash if your car isn't that dirty. But after waiting for months for this place to open and being so excited to finally get in Murrieta what other places have plenty of, it's a bit of a disappointment. These kinds of club car wash places in Utah and Las Vegas and Texas that I've been to are STELLAR! I don't know why California is so frequently behind the ball and lesser quality. Maybe it has to do with state regulations...? The picture is taken after going through the car wash twice. It still couldn't get all of the winter road trip grime. I don't actually think there is a roller set to scrub the front of the car at all but if there is one it isn't good for much. After the first wash the front looked like it hadn't been touched. The employee power sprayed it before we went through the second time. Also, every other car wash club I've been through gives you a microfiber towel to use for cleaning the interior that you exchange for a new one next time you go through. It's not a huge deal but it's a noticeable downgrade. I expected the vacuums to be better since the place is practically new. They aren't bad but aren't any better than the vacuums at any gas station. Maybe there are energy restrictions in California that affect power/vacuum strength? It could have been a real game changer for car washes in murrieta but instead it's just more meh. Maybe after it's made some money in it's first or second year they will be able to put in some upgrades. read more

I ALWAYS purchase $16 platinum which has raised by $2 since COVID & since then, the wash is never complete without TIRE SHINE. I'd say I have been through the car wash more than a handful of times, & Everytime there is NO TIRE SHINE. It's so disappointing. I now own my own tire shine but the $16 for "PLATINUM " is def not worth $16 read more

$6 car wash ended up turning into a $275 car wash. I went through to get my car washed on a Saturday March 12th, and ended up noticing that there was a big crack on my front windshield. I talked to the employees working that day and filled out a incident report with all my info. They pulled up the camera recording of me entering and leaving the wash and it was very clear that there wasn't any crack on my car before entering the wash. It's been a month now, and after making phone calls each week to follow up on my incident, i still haven't heard from the manager regarding this incident. I came here opening day and got to see how they dealt with the chaos (if you guys missed out they were giving free car washes). Let me tell you, I was impressed. One of the employees was directing traffic in and out and about super smoothly I was there no longer than what felt like 8-10 minutes , again FREE CAR WASH OPENING DAY. I came back on a regular day, same smooth service, my car came out sparkling and almost bone dry (love those oversized hair dryers) the vacuums really did it's job but be careful I accidentally sucked a face mask up, hey it didn't clog it though. Yes i may have to wipe a lil bit sometimes on small lil spots that are really stuck on there but i dont mind since i understand that machines arent perfect The employees make it worth while. Everytime i have a concern they do what they can to help. Ive heard how some people talk to them and its horrible...what makes them think they can be so rude. Very good car wash for the money. Although you have to finish drying it and cleaning windows inside it's worth it.

The car is still quite dirty and now it stinks as well. The inside of the wash needs a good cleaning itself. The smell of musty moldy parts now permeates the interior of my car. There is also no dryer at the end just a bunch of spinning rags that smell awful. The staff at the front was clean and nice but overall this is not a place I will return. First time wash was free and decent. Secomd time paid for the better wash 9.00 and it left soap on the car. I was in the shade so I dried it and thought all was good. Later the next day I could see dried soap all over my saphire blue Lexus LS460L. I had hand washed it myself annd it would not come off. I had someobe else wash it by hand and it still did not come off. Now I'm having it detailed (polished & waxed) and it's finally coming off. Worst car wash ever. I won't be back. read more

Got a card in the mail for a free wash so I thought I would check it out. I was actually impressed! It went through several different wash & rinse cycles, they have great blowers and even a buffer to get the extra spots. Most of my dogs slimy slobber actually came off, which isn't an easy task!It did not seem rushed & half washed like at Tommy's Express. Fast5 vacuums were the best ever! Just a few strokes to get the dog hair out of the carpet & they easily sucked up all the dirt & pebbles I get from living off a dirt road. They have machines to buy wipes for the interior & windows, although they gave me one, which was cool to get a freebie. I will definitely be using them again even though they are not as close as other car washes. I've used all the others near me & they all left a lot to be desired...and cleaned again!
