However, I believe that if you offer a car wash service, especially with a monthly membership, you should provide everyone with towels. Been here a couple times now and service is great! Prices are reasonable and it is all decorated and lit up for Christmas. Tonight we took our toddler through the drive thru car wash, she enjoyed all the Christmas lights, they also had Santa Claus there taking pictures, a Christmas tree, free hot chocolate and a little goody bag and candy canes to hand out. Disappointing experience. I took my new car for it's first wash at this car wash. Unfortunately, my windshield was cracked from the machinery. The tech, Ruben, took the report and informed me I would hear from Fernando the manager. After a month of silence, I called again. I never once heard from Fernando. It was never a question on if it was broken by the machinery, as Ruben had admired the new vehicle in conversation as I was waiting on my turn for the wash. Immediately after I drove out we saw the crack and both took pictures. I felt encouraged that it would have a positive outcome because the tech mentioned it had happened before. No response from owner. I followed up and spoke with Mary who took my information. Next, Roxanne called me back. I provided her with the quote for the windshield to be fixed and she said she would take it to the owner for direction. (Cost $289 from Safelight) Roxanne also said she is the highest level of assistance I could speak with. Roxanne was a nice person but informed me the owner was not going to fix the windshield. Jose is the manager from the corporate office who decided not to fix it. I am disappointed. My car was not clean and I left with a cracked windshield that I still have not been able to replace. I trusted this location with my car and left with broken trust, ignored service and a broken windshield. I know there are plenty of places to get car washes but I chose this one. It may be a simple windshield for the company, but for me it is a vehicle that required me working several hours of OT, during this pandemic, to afford a reliable vehicle that now has a windshield crack that is growing with added expenses I didn't expect. Good faith, treat every customer as if they are important and fix errors where possible. Not so much as a phone call or Apology from the owner showed me I was not valued nor my vehicle. Just disappointing. The one star was because Ruben was a nice guy. He dealt with rude people having to close at 3pm. Unfortunately, the gas pumps let you still buy a car wash even if the place is closed. Several people were dissatisfied and told to come back with their code on their receipt the next day even though they wanted car washes the same day. We saw this place recently and decided to try it. There were three cars ahead of us, but it was a short wait. We paid for the $9 wash, which includes tire treatment. The attendant helped process the payment at the kiosk, which was helpful to not get out of the car. The car wash itself was quick so that was great. Downfall was the dryer at the end was too short so my car had some drip marks, but I expect that in a drive thru car wash. My girls loved the colors of the bubbles! They enjoy car washes because of that, so they rated this a high score. This place is very close to us so we will most likely return. So apparently you now have to ask for the car to be scrubbed which they used to as part of the normal washing process like every other similar type carwash. I've had a membership here for a year and a half now. I have the highest one. The quality of the car wash is great in that they always rinse your car and scrub your tires before going in. The only thing I don't like anymore is the blower quality has gone way down. It used to completely dry the car before you got pushed out but now It pushes you out before it has even dried the front half of the car. So no matter what you have to spend extra time to pull over and dry it before it spots. For that reason it's no longer a quick wash and I may cancel my membership. read more

I got the membership simply because life gets the best of me and don't have time to hand wash my car... the staff here are very nice and approachable especially Sarah and I'm not sure what his name is ( he is tall, blonde hair and very pleasant to talk too).. only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because one of their worker made me feel rushed didn't asked me if I want any of my extra free stuff "tire shine and carpet tokens" and told me that I can only get those free once a month. Have come here a few times in last few months and not a bad deal if you don't get too fancy with your car wash. The basic exterior wash runs just $6 and you get access to drying and vacuum station so pretty good deal and does decent job of exterior clean. They have attendants that soap up wheels and rims to make it easier to get clean Thru wash. Would co e back when in area but gets pretty crowded on weekends or nicer sunny days. read more

This was the first time I went to this car wash, and it was not so good. When I got home the liner around my backseat window was bent outward and now it is sticking out. Another thing I want to say is they right away put my car through the car wash that they didn't get to scrub it all the way around so when I got out of the car wash it still had spots on the side that they didn't scrub. read more

The auto wash machine does a good job. I like the equipment for vacuuming et cetera. What I do not like is that twice I've seen people pull up from the street to use the vacuum services. These could be employees exercising a perk, but on one occasion this person has music playing so loud you couldnt hear yourself talk. No one from the car wash came over to ask the person to turn his radio down. When I did he just looked at me.
