Besides she does not have an iPhone to use the app. In Sacramento, I have a nephew but he was working and lives in Elk Grove. He does not drive, legally blind. My niece is a single mother to 3 little girls and a college student, as well as care giver to her mom. She was not able to help either. I was about to give up and drive the 2 hours so that I could take her to ER. I had an idea to look for non emergency transport for medical, thinking that would be a good way to go. Found out really quick they are EXPENSIVE! Mom is on a fixed income and I am certainly not rich. I supplement her as it is currently. Money is tight. I read a few reviews and saw Hands of Grace and thought ...okay this is the person to call. Don't know why, but this was the one that I called. OMG, am I glad I did! Jason Daniel answered the phone. He was kind, caring, understanding, helpful. I asked, waiting for the big number, how much it would cost to get her to Roseville emergency, he asked how much we could afford, really? Are you serious? That is unheard of in todays world. What an incredible person, even willing to trust that I will send him a check to pay the fee. Amazing human. This is who you want to transport your loved ones. Someone with a heart, with compassion for his fellow human beings. Someone that actually cares. I will recommend him to anyone I know in the area. Please use his service when you are in need. Keep him in business, we need people like him. I cannot speak highly enough for this man. I don't think you will ever be sorry you called him to help you out or your loved one out. Moments later, the driver came back alongside my vehicle, drove dangerously close to my car, honked at me, and flipped me off. This behavior is completely unacceptable and creates a serious safety risk for everyone on the road. I am extremely concerned that someone displaying this level of reckless and aggressive behavior is representing your company and transporting patients. This driver is a liability and should not be operating one of your vehicles. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I've lived in CA almost my entire life, and between SF, LA, and Sacramento... There are countless…read morebad drivers. But I am not joking when I witnessed the absolute worst driver this after. At 2:27pm on 2/18/23 at Folsom and Starfire, a white tax number 244 broke at least half dozen laws in under 30 seconds: Speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, running a red light, child endangerment, illegal left turn... All while driving in a residential area. I'll be submitting my dash cam footage to the police, but somehow I doubt that will do much good. I couldn't even get a hold of anyone when I called 311. This is exactly why I stopped using taxis... No accountability unlike the ride share app drivers. I hope no one dies from that reckless drivers.
