Absolutely flawless. We were traveling to the UK to drop a daughter off for grad school. She was moving for a year, so we had a lot of bags. Dennis took care of us and was just so nice. I have used Diamond Van twice now for transport to the Sacramento airport from the Auburn area. They are always on time or early and super easy to work with. They were easy to work with when one of our return flights were delayed and picked us up at the later time. The vans are nice and have plenty of room for the four of us and all of our luggage. My husband and I made arrangements with this company for a round trip from our home to SMF. Dennis arrived early on our departure flight, helped carry our luggage to the van settled in made sure we were comfortable and off we went. Arrived at the airport in about 30 minutes, Dennis unloaded our luggage and bid us a safe trip. Upon returning back he texted us "Welcome back home" and to call or text him when to pick us up. We used Diamond Van Shuttle for transportation to the airport for a large group. The shuttle was on time, very clean and a very nice, large van. The driver was awesome and asked us if we all had our cell phones, chargers, etc. When reserving the shuttle, the customer service was great and I received a confirmation reminder call a few days prior. We have used Diamond Shuttle Service six or eight times now, from and/or to Sacramento Airport (SMF). They are a hard working husband & wife team, with two modern and comfortable Mercedes Shuttle Vans. They have been very reasonable, responsive and helpful. They quote the price up front, of course. They've been there when needed to depart (several times in the 3 a.m. range for international flights) and always there for our pickup. Even when the plane was late - they wisely check on flight status! I am finally writing this review not after a pickup...but because I called them at the last minute for a pickup just two days away. They were both booked--but recommended another company they said we could trust. We'll keep on using them of course! (and now have a backup!) read more

Dennis and Sarrah are out of this world great. In an age where great customer service of highest quality is rare, I called and Sarrah answered. She booked my trip for 7 people to SFO for a very reasonable rate. From booking to Dennis picking us up on time (he was there 20 minutes early and said he likes to get there early!) was seamless. He made us feel at home and like family, and so comfortable (the Mercedes luxury van was a very nice added touch). Even bottled water for all of us. Great job guys, keep up the great work!!! We were a party of six - five adults and one infant - traveling to and from the San Francisco cruise ship terminal. Alex was right on time both days. He's a fantastic driver, getting us there and back within a few minutes of our ETA. We were worried how everything would work with a baby on board but there were absolutely no issues whatsoever. If you need a shuttle to SMF or SFO, Diamond Van is the company to call! This was our first experience using a shuttle to the airport and it was awesome. Dennis was at our house 15 minutes early, just as he said he would be at 5:15 a.m. The van was VERY nice, clean and comfortable. Dennis loaded us up and off we were to the airport. We were dropped off at the terminal - no hassle trying to find a place to park, unload our bags - we just walked up to the ticket counter, checked our luggage and on to our flight. Two weeks later, with just a quick text to Dennis, he was there right outside baggage claim ready to load our luggage and take us back home - with a bottle of water. Picked us up from SMF to home in Roseville. Dennis our driver and co-owner with his wife was there waiting for us outside terminal B door1. So helpful with loading the luggage in the van and even offered bottled water. Friendly and enjoyable ride home. Van holds 12 including driver. Hmm..visit to wine country next? read more
