My daughter…read morestarted out just taking tumbling classes, and with the support and coaching she's received, she's worked her way up to an elite team. Watching her confidence and skills grow has been amazing. The coaches genuinely care about the athletes and push them to be their best while still being encouraging. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed anything. The facility is clean, spacious, and has plenty of room for the athletes to train. If I had to mention a couple of downsides, the parent room can get a little crowded during busy practice times, and parking isn't always the easiest. But honestly, those are pretty minor compared to the overall experience we've had. Like any competitive cheer gym, not every family is going to have the same experience. Competitive sports can bring out a lot of emotions, and sometimes you'll see negative reviews from people who are disappointed about placements, team decisions, or other situations. That's true at almost every gym. I can only speak from our own experience, and ours has been overwhelmingly positive. Three years later, we're still here, my daughter loves coming to practice, and we've never regretted choosing this gym. We're excited to see what the future holds.

Families are already paying for registration, uniforms, equipment, food, travel, and countless other youth-sports expenses. Requiring them to pay even more simply to park at the event feels less like a reasonable charge and more like an unnecessary attempt to extract additional money from parents. The condition of the bathrooms made the experience even worse. They were filthy and clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard. If families are expected to pay multiple fees to attend an event, they should at least receive clean, properly maintained facilities in return. The facility may have potential, but the combination of admission charges, paid parking, and poor cleanliness reflects poorly on its management. Families who already invest significant time and money supporting their children deserve better than being treated as an endless source of additional revenue.

The bathrooms were also clean, which is always a big plus when you're there with the family. They don't allow outside food or drinks, and admission is $10 per person for anyone over 12. One thing that was convenient for us was that they didn't check our wagon, so we were able to bring it in. Overall, it's a fun, clean, family-friendly place with a great atmosphere and a unique view of multiple baseball fields. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

Beware of PFA Baseball's billing practices…read more After leaving the team, PFA Baseball continued charging our account for four months. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, they have largely ignored our communications and have only provided a partial refund. We are still owed a significant amount of money and have received no meaningful response regarding the remaining balance. It's extremely frustrating to be charged over $1,000 for services we were no longer receiving, especially when the organization refuses to communicate or address the issue. While the coaching staff was good, the quality of coaching does not justify the billing issues and lack of customer service we experienced. Since our efforts to resolve this matter privately have been unsuccessful, we will be escalating our complaint to the Better Business Bureau and pursuing other avenues to recover the funds owed to us.
